“It is not what goes into the mouth that defiles a person, but it is what comes out of the mouth that defiles.” 📖 Matthew 15:10–11

Jesus invited us to look beyond outward appearances and consider what is happening within our hearts. Our words have the power to encourage or discourage, to heal or to wound, to build bridges or deepen divisions.

Following Christ calls us to cultivate hearts shaped by God's love so that our words reflect compassion, truth, and grace.

Not every trial is easy, but each one can draw us closer to God. In moments of difficulty, may we learn to depend on Him more and trust that He is faithfully working in our lives.

Whatever you are facing today, remember: God is with you, and He will never leave you. Keep the faith, keep praying, and keep trusting! 🤍🙏

When we allow Christ's love to guide the way we treat others, we learn to listen with understanding, forgive with grace, love without conditions, and build relationships that bring out the best in one another.

The world tells us to keep wanting more, but Jesus invites us to discover a deeper kind of peace, the one that does not depend on possessions, circumstances, or success.

The rain couldn't stop us!

Today, August 6, 2026, the UCFUMC UMM and WSCS came together for a tree-planting activity at Doc Bless’ residence as an expression of our commitment to caring for God's creation. Despite the rainy weather and the approaching typhoon, everyone participated with excitement.

This is only the beginning, and we look forward to planting more trees together in the future. 💚🌱

We are happy to share this historic gathering of the General Conference of the United Methodist Men (UMM) and the National United Methodist Men in the Philippines (NUMMP), together with one of our fellow church member. We thank God for this opportunity to witness and be part of this significant event in the life of our church. ❤️
