The Diocese occupies a total land area of 1,616 sq. bounded on the east by the Diocese of San Jose; on the west by the Archdiocese of Lingayen-Dagupan; on the north by the Diocese of Baguio-Benguet and the Diocese of San Fernando; on the south by the Diocese of Tarlac. Around 80% of the population traces their origin from the Ilocos provinces, thus making ILOCANO as the predominant culture. Economy is mainly agriculture.

With great joy, the Diocese of Urdaneta announces that the following Deacons are scheduled to be ordained to the Sacred Order of Presbyters on March 24, 2026 | 9:00 AM at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Urdaneta City, Pangasinan

This Publication of the banns fulfills the canonical requirement (Canon 1051, 2) .

Whoever has knowledge of any impediment that would prevent them from receiving Sacred Ordination should contact the Vocation Director, Rev. Fr. Angelo B. Lopez, their Parish Priests, or the Bishop through the Chancery office 0917-508-2814 or (075) 656-2670 as soon as possible.
