No devotee is above the law. If their actions cause harm or distress, they should face the same consequences as anyone else.

Life is coming from the Supreme Lord, therefore, we should not intentionally be the cause of harm to any living entity by our activities. Rather, in order to get the mercy of the Supreme Lord, we should try our best to be helpful to all living beings and thereby become eternally happy.
