✅ Python + TypeScript SDKs
✅ fjall LSM-tree storage — enterprise-grade, tier-partitioned
✅ HNSW vector search — semantic search, built in, no plugin
✅ Auto-embedding — local Ollama inference, one command
✅ EdisonDB Studio — full dashboard at localhost:7777/studio
✅ 58 tests. 0 failures. Dual storage backend.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁:
Every database you've used was built for the cloud to own your data.
EdisonDB was built so YOU own it.
Three data tiers — CRITICAL, PERSONAL, NOISE — are physical access policies enforced at the storage layer. Your CRITICAL data is mathematically inaccessible to anyone who isn't you. Not policy. Not configuration. Cryptography.
Every write, read, and delete is recorded in a SHA-256 hash-chained audit log. Tamper one entry — the chain breaks instantly.
All AI inference runs locally. Your data never leaves your machine. Ever.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲: Free. Forever. Irrevocably.
We are not users.
We are not accounts.
We are not products.
We are people.
And our data should belong to us.
