FROM 5 TO 19 – GROWING IN GRACE!

Northeast Baptist BLESS Center – Bood, Ubay, Bohol

On September 1, 2026, our new school year will begin and we are blessed with 19 eager students, compared to only 5 last year! This incredible growth is a testimony of God’s goodness, but it also means we must prepare more than ever before.

Since our original classroom could only fit 5 students, we will hold classes in the church while waiting for the extension (for the BLESS class and Bible Institute) to be completed. Because the church is also used for Prayer Meetings and Sunday Services, we will need movable displays and classroom essentials that can be packed away easily. It will feel like starting from scratch with charts, decorations, and teaching materials.

That’s why we need your help with the following:

Donate monetary assistance – this will be used to buy school supplies, classroom materials, educational tools and snacks for the kids

OR
You can share school supplies, give books and provide educational toys.

Every gift, big or small will help us create a welcoming environment where children can learn with joy, grow in confidence, and feel cared for.

Together, we will bless the kids, inspire their future, and show them the power of community and faith.

First Parent Meet-Up for the BLESS Program Successfully Held

The Northeast Baptist BLESS Center proudly conducted its first meet-up with the parents of potential BLESS students held at Bood Elementary School, Ubay, Bohol, today, July 24,2026. This milestone event served as an introduction to the BLESS Program, highlighting its mission to provide quality education and holistic development for young learners.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to School Principal Dr. Carol J. Payot for her support and Kindergarten Teacher Bella Marie Longakit for opening her class to this initiative. Their partnership reflects a shared commitment to nurturing children and empowering families through education.

The BLESS Center looks forward to working hand in hand with educators, parents, and the community to ensure the success of this program. Together, we aim to build a strong foundation for the future of our children.
