Malapatan SDA Central Church is my home church—the church where my parents nurtured me, guided me in faith, and helped me build a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Yesterday, our beloved church was completely destroyed by the 7.8-magnitude earthquake. The building where we gathered for worship, prayer, fellowship, and spiritual growth has collapsed. Seeing our church reduced to rubble is heartbreaking for our entire church family.
Yet, even in this difficult time, we hold on to God's promises. While the church building is gone, our faith remains strong. The Church is not merely a structure of concrete and steel—it is God's people united in Christ. We believe that with God's grace, we will rise again, rebuild, and continue His mission.
We humbly ask for your prayers for the members of Malapatan SDA Central Church. Pray for strength, comfort, protection, and hope as we face this challenge together. Though we no longer have a church building in which to worship, we know that God is still with us, and His presence remains our greatest sanctuary.
