Dear Parents, Guardians, Students, Alumni, and Friends of Matutum View Academy,

In response to the challenges brought about by the June 8 earthquake and after careful evaluation by the administration, faculty, and staff, it has been approved that Matutum View Academy will implement 𝐭𝐰𝐨 (𝟐) 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐬𝐲𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 as we adapt to the current situation and prioritize the safety of our students and personnel.

We strongly encourage all parents and guardians to attend an important orientation meeting on:

📌 Week 2: Virtual Modular Learning

Students will engage in asynchronous virtual classes through subject-based learning modules and assigned activities.

As many of you know, the recent earthquake caused significant damage to several school facilities. The safety and well-being of our students remain our highest priority. To resume normal operations and restore affected buildings, the school must undertake immediate repairs and rehabilitation work.

We humbly appeal to our parents, alumni, friends, and supporters: if God has blessed you with the capacity to help, any financial assistance will be greatly appreciated and will directly support the repair and restoration of our facilities.

To help sustain school operations and fund urgent repairs, learning modules and related academic services will be released to students whose accounts have an initial down payment or payment arrangement with the school. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation during this challenging time.

Together, with God's grace and the support of our school community, we will rebuild stronger and continue providing quality Christian education in a safe learning environment.

We are grateful to share that all MVA faculty and staff are safe following the recent earthquake.

As we continue to monitor the situation, we encourage everyone to stay alert, take the necessary precautions, and look after one another. Let us keep all affected individuals, families, and communities in our prayers.

We also sincerely hope that all our students, parents, alumni, and friends of the MVA community are safe and well during this time.

Matutum View Academy

To our dear parents, students, and stakeholders:

We would like to inform everyone that the opening of classes for School Year 2026–2027 has been moved from June 8, 2026, to June 15, 2026.

This adjustment is necessary because a significant number of our teachers will be attending an In-Service Training (INSET) beginning June 8 and continuing throughout the week. The training is part of the requirements for PEAC compliance and accreditation, and it aims to further enhance the quality of education and services we provide to our students.

In line with this schedule change, the Parents' Orientation will also be moved to:

Please be informed that the School Registrar will be on leave on the following dates:

In line with this, the releasing and processing of documents will temporarily not be available during the said dates.
