We are currently seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to support our team and ensure the efficient operation of our office.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Assist in the preparation and editing of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
Maintain organized filing systems and office records.
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

Must be an active Seventh-day Adventist member.
Preferably a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Office Administration or any related course.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
