Today, at 5:15 in the afternoon, the Archbishop of Tuguegarao will preside over a requiem Mass in honor of His Holiness, Pope Francis at St. Peter Metrololitan Cathedral. We humbly request your presence so that as one community who professes the resurrection of Christ, we may entrust the soul of the Holy Father to the mercy of the Risen Lord and to communally thank Him for the gift of a holy and good shepherd who governed the Church for more than a decade.

Congratulations, Archbishop Ricardo L. Baccay, D.D, on the 5th Anniversary of your Installation as the 4th Archbishop of Tuguegarao!

4 years ago, also this day, he received the pallium at the hands of Most Rev. Marlo Peralta of the Archdiocese of Nueva Segovia in a ceremony at the St. Peter Metropolitan Cathedral.

On these occasions, Bishops and Prelates of the Suffragan Dioceses, clergy, his family, religious and invited guests attended this most solemn events.
