The 9:00 AM Feast Day Mass of Saint Rose of Lima was presided by His Excellency Archbishop Ricardo L. Baccay, with Rev. Fr. Jesse Taliping as the homilist, together with Rev. Fr. Domingo Langcay and Rev. Fr. Andres C. Gumangan.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Annafunan Integrated School for their warm and meaningful festive performances, and to all the generous sponsors who supported the Novena Masses.

Thank you for helping make this celebration a beautiful expression of faith, unity, and devotion to Saint Rose of Lima. May God bless everyone who shared their time, talents, prayers, and generosity in making this feast day truly meaningful.

Today, we celebrate the feast of Saint Rose of Lima, the first saint canonized from the Americas. Born Isabel Flores de Oliva in Lima, Peru, in 1586, she dedicated her life to prayer, humility, sacrifice, and caring for the poor. She became a Dominican tertiary and was canonized by Pope Clement X in 1671.

As we celebrate her feast, we honor Saint Rose of Lima, Principal Patroness of the Barangays of Annafunan, Linao, and Atulayan, Tuguegarao City, and Secondary Patroness of the Philippines.

May her example of deep faith, selfless love, and service to others inspire our communities to live with greater compassion and devotion.
