Today's Bible Verse

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight."

— Proverbs 3:5–6

Reflection: This verse reminds us to place our confidence in God rather than relying solely on our own wisdom. Even when the future seems uncertain, God promises to guide those who trust Him and seek His direction in every area of life.

Prayer: Lord, help me trust You with all my heart today. Guide my decisions, strengthen my faith, and lead me along the path You have prepared for me. Amen. 🙏✨

Sometimes, peace doesn’t come from having all the answers. It comes from knowing that God is in control. When life feels overwhelming, choose to pray instead of worry, trust instead of fear, and surrender instead of struggle.

Whatever you’re facing today, remember: God sees your tears, hears your prayers, and knows your needs. His peace can calm the storm even before the storm is gone.

If you’re trusting God with something today, type AMEN and let this be your prayer for peace. 🙏❤️

LET’S PRAY FOR MINDANAO

Our hearts go out to everyone in Mindanao affected by the recent earthquake. In times like these, faith, unity, and community are our strongest shields.

Let us come together in prayer for the safety, strength, and quick recovery of our brothers and sisters. May comfort find those who are anxious, and may protection surround every family.

“Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer.”- Psalm 19:14

David wrote this at the end of Psalm 19, after talking about how God’s creation and His Word are perfect. Then he turns it inward: _God, don’t just let me know truth — let me live it._

3 thoughts for today:
1. Mouth + heart: It covers both what we say out loud and what we think when no one’s listening. God cares about both.
2. Acceptable : The word there is like “pleasing” or “delightful.” Imagine your words + thoughts actually bringing God joy.
3. My rock and my redeemer: He’s not asking as a stranger. He’s asking his Rock — the one who’s steady when life shakes. And his Redeemer — the one who buys back what’s broken.

Tiny practice: Before your next convo or text today, pause 3 seconds and pray this verse. It reframes the moment.

Isaiah 41:10 Do not fear, for I am with you… I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

When high bp, anxiety, panic, or depression strikes, I turn to God. This verse reminds me I don’t have to be strong—God is my strength.

To anyone struggling with anxiety, depression, or suicidal thoughts: fight with prayer and surrender. Surrender is not giving up—it is choosing life in God’s hands. His glory is revealed by sustaining us, not losing us. Stay. Pray. Let God hold you. You are deeply loved. God wants you alive, held, and healed. Stay. Breathe. Pray. Reach out for help. Do not listen to discouragement or misjudgment. God’s voice is gentle, steady, and life-giving—and He is with you.
