COLLEGE CAMPERS, PLANTING AND CAMPING SEASON BEGINS IN JULY! 🌱

Hindi lang HS Camp; meron din tayong summer camp para sa mga College Students with the theme, "SIBOL: Pagpapahalaga sa mga Binhi ng Pananampalataya" na magaganap sa July 31 - August 4 sa Brgy. Doira Zinungan, Sta. Ana, Cagayan! It will be a fun and exciting camp kasi magtatanim tayo ng kamote. 🍠

Biro lang. Marami tayong mga exciting activities and topics na nakaabang para sa lahat! 😁

Truly insightful and inspiring. To more “pancit” encounters with with our earthly and heavenly fathers. 🍲

"When I was six, my family made me taste a unique dish that was so exquisite that little six-year-old me almost forgot our name. I was almost addicted to it, pancit I mean, I would put loads of onions on it; the taste of tangy onions mixing with the heavy and savory flavor of pancit always made my taste buds light with familiar warmth.

It became a sort of comfort food for me, with the wins and defeats and the ups and downs of life, a warm plate of pancit never failed to make me feel better. Living without it wasn’t an option anymore, no matter what diet I tried to do. With the comfort of the dish came traditions with my family, going to a Panciteria with them every Sunday quickly became a routine and also became an avenue of communication and bonding for us.

But as I write this, I realize that it wasn’t the taste that made pancit so spectacular, it was the countless experiences and moments I made with my father as we ate it together, the amount of pancit I’ve eaten in my life is only equal to the amount of his advice and wisdom I’ve gotten and treasured. It’s so interesting to me that this one food had become the string that connected our different minds, that through it we formed a bond that most never get to see with their fathers.

Pancit, a dish so beloved by so many people, will always have a special meaning and place in my heart, and I’m sure six-year-old me would agree. I’m also quite sure that he’d be delighted by the bonds I’ve made through it. I have remained strong in my belief that every dish of pancit served reflects God’s love. God is our source of bodily, mental, and spiritual nourishment; it is through Him that we can make these bonds in the first place. We acquire, think, and live for what is important and pleasing not with what the world dictates us to do, but by His will and eyes that make us good and loving servants."

Onward, Continue, Pursue, Ipagpatuloy, PADAYON!

Ngayong pandemic, naging challenge para sa lahat ang pagpapatuloy, dahil hindi naman lahat sanay sa biglaang pagdating ng 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚... 😢

Pero, as the old saying goes, 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙩. Lahat tayo ay naghahanap ng paraan sa kung paano natin itutuloy ang mga laban natin kasama ang pagbabago sa ating paligid. 🤗

Kaya naman, katulad sa paparating na Online College Camp (na magsisimula na bukas, July 12), gusto ring makatulong ang PCCI sa pagbibigay ng mga paraan through Online High School Camp! Magsisimula ito sa July 19-21, via Zoom! ✨✨

At ito pa, half day ang lahat ng mga sessions! Woohoo! 🤯🎉
