I hope that our calling on the name of the Lord Jesus would never become stale or something we take for granted. Calling on the name of the Lord is not merely a practice; it is a lifeline. When we call “O Lord Jesus,” we can taste the bread of life. When we call “O Lord Jesus,” we can receive the light of life. When we call “O Lord Jesus,” we are infused with resurrection life. Sometimes we do not even know what we need. In these times, we can just call “O Lord Jesus,” and we will get the I Am. (R.A.)

John 1:29 "The next day he saw Jesus coming to him and said, Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!"

According to John 1:29, John the Baptist declared concerning Christ, “Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world! “…The phrase of the world in verse 29 actually means from mankind. Through Satan sin entered into man, for Satan injected sin into the human race. But Christ as the Lamb of God came to take away sin from mankind. Christ died on the cross to deal with sin (2 Cor. 5:21; Heb. 9:26) and also with sins (1 Cor. 15:3; 1 Pet. 2:24; Heb. 9:28).

The Lord is always knocking on our doors (heart). Saints, let us not harden our hearts on the Lord's calling. He wants us to always depend on Him in everything that we do. We just need to open our doors by turning to our regenerated spirit and let him come in.

Give yourself to love the Lord. No other way is so prevailing, and no other way is so safe, so rich, and so full of enjoyment. Just love Him. Do not care for anything else. Teachings, doctrines, gifts, and power do not mean much. We must continually tell the Lord, “Lord, keep me in Your love! Attract me with Yourself! Keep me all the time in Your loving presence!” If we will pray in this way, we will see what love we will have toward the Lord and what kind of life we will live. We will simply live by the Lord Himself. As long as we love Him from the deepest part of our being, everything will be all right. If we need wisdom, He will be the wisdom to us. If we need power, He will be the power. If we need the proper and adequate knowledge, He will even be that to us. Whatever we need, He is. Do not try to get anything else; just look to Him that He would reveal His love to you. Song of Songs 1:4 says, “Draw me; we will run after you.” We must ask the Lord to draw us, and then others will run after Him with us. To take Him as our life, we must love Him in such a way.

When every brother and sister is full of life and truth, the church will be strong as the house of the living God and the pillar and base of the truth. This is what is needed in the Lord’s recovery today. May the Lord have mercy upon us all and grant us the sufficient grace to have the proper practice to be filled with life and truth.
