Theme: “Unashamed Praise” — Psalm 63:4
“So I will bless You as long as I live; in Your name I will lift up my hands.” — Psalm 63:4
What a powerful evening as the youth gathered for another Ignite Youth Service, a night filled with joy, testimonies, worship, and the Word of God.
The service began at 5:30 PM with an exciting game led by Ms. Genida Bendozan, warming up the room with laughter and energy as everyone participated and enjoyed the moment together.
One of the highlights of the evening was the Testimony Time, where several youths courageously shared how God has been working in their lives—reminding us that every story of faith strengthens another.
Our hearts were then led into God’s presence through Praise and Worship, as Ms. Maylene Herman led the song “Great Things” and Ms. Roxan Joy Domanaco guided us into a deeper moment of surrender with “The Heart of Worship.” It was a beautiful time of lifting our voices and declaring the goodness of God.
The Word of God was shared by Alvin Herman, reflecting on Psalm 23 and the life of David. The message highlighted the many reasons David had to be thankful to God—how he experienced God as his Shepherd, provider, protector, and guide. Because of this deep personal relationship with God, David worshiped passionately—lifting his hands, singing, dancing, clapping, and pouring out his heart before the Lord.
This truth connects powerfully with Psalm 63:4, reminding us that our worship is a response to who God is and what He has done. When we truly recognize His goodness, we cannot help but praise Him without shame and without hesitation.
The service concluded with a heartfelt song, “Psalm 23 (I Am Not Alone),” reminding every young person present that God is with us in every season of life. Whether in moments of joy or in difficult times, our worship does not depend on our situation—because God remains faithful.
✨ A reminder for every youth:
Even in your quiet and private moments, whether life feels good or challenging, may your heart always choose to worship God.
Let us continue to live lives of Unashamed Praise.
