With great joy, we celebrate the appointment of Reverend Father Nick A. Vaquilar as the new Bishop of the Diocese of Urdaneta, entrusted by the Holy Father to shepherd a community in need of faith, hope, and direction. From forming minds and hearts in the seminary, he now steps into the fullness of pastoral leadership.

May his ministry be marked by humility in service, strength in trials, and unwavering love for the flock entrusted to him. May Christ the Good Shepherd be his constant model, and may the Blessed Virgin Mary wrap him in her care.

Deo gratias.

Happy Birthday and heartfelt congratulations, Bishop Nick A. Vaquilar!

With hearts full of gratitude and joy, we congratulate our beloved priests of the Vicariate of the Immaculate Conception on the occasion of the Chrism Mass and the Renewal of Priestly Promises.

Fr. Clyde, Fr. Ronald, Fr. Julius, Fr. Nelson, Fr. Richard, Fr. Bede, and Fr. Jacob — your renewed “yes” to God’s call is a powerful witness of faith, love, and unwavering service to His people. In a world that constantly changes, your commitment remains a steady light guiding the faithful closer to Christ.

As you renew your vows, we entrust each of you to the loving care of the Blessed Virgin Mary, our Mother of the Immaculate Conception. May she continue to wrap you in her mantle of protection, strengthen you in moments of weariness, and lead you ever closer to her Son. Like Mary, may your lives always echo a faithful and humble “Let it be done to me according to Your word.”

Your priesthood is a gift to the Church, and your service is a blessing to our community.

Maraming salamat po, aming mga pari. Patuloy po namin kayong ipinagdarasal. 🙏✨

Munimuni sa Kuwaresma
6th Sunday of Lent (Palm Sunday)

Today’s reminder: Pray. Forgive. Serve.

As we enter Holy Week, we walk with Christ in His journey of love and sacrifice.

Let us pray with sincere hearts,
forgive as we have been forgiven,
and serve with humility and love.

May this Palm Sunday lead us closer to the cross—and ultimately, to the hope of the Resurrection. 🙏

Day 34 | Munimuni sa Kuwaresma

Today’s reminder: Offer a day simply to God.

Today, let everything be for Him—
your thoughts, your actions, your joys, and even your struggles.

In the simplicity of offering our whole day to God, we learn to live not for ourselves, but in love and devotion to Him.

May this day be a sincere offering of your heart. 🙏

Day 33 | Munimuni sa Kuwaresma

Today’s reminder: Accept difficulties with peace.

Trials and struggles are part of our journey, but we are never alone in them.
This Lent, may we face our challenges with a quiet strength—trusting that God is with us in every hardship.

In accepting difficulties with peace, we grow in faith, patience, and surrender. 🙏

Day 32 | Munimuni sa Kuwaresma

Today’s reminder: Serve with love in everyday tasks.

Not all acts of service are seen, but each one matters.
In the ordinary routines of life, we are given countless chances to love—through patience, care, and dedication.

This Lent, may our daily tasks become quiet offerings of love to God and to others. 🙏
