📢 OFFICE ADVISORY

In observance of the 172nd Bohol Day, the Saint Isidore the Farmer Parish – Tubigon, Bohol Parish Office will be closed tomorrow.

Regular office operations will resume on Thursday, July 23, 2026.

Alang sa tanang mangayo og sertipiko o bisan unsang porma gikan sa Convent Office, palihug sunda ang mosunod nga proseso aron mas hapsay ang pagserbisyo.

A. Kung kaugalingon nimong sertipiko/porma ang imong kuhaon:

1. Pun-a ang request form nga ihatag sa Convent Office.
2. Isumiter ang nahuman nga request form sa opisina.
3. Paghulat og 2–3 ka working days tungod kay ang among mga rekord wala pa marekord sa digital system. Manwal pa nga pangitaon ang inyong file gikan sa record book.

B. Kung mangayo ka og sertipiko alang sa laing tawo:

1. Pun-a ang request form nga ihatag sa Convent Office.
2. Pag-andam og authorization letter nga pirmado sa tag-iya sa dokumento nga nagtugot kanimo sa pag-request alang kaniya. Kinahanglan printed copy kini — mahimong original, PDF copy, o printed picture copy.
3. Magdala og photocopy sa ID sa tag-iya ug sa imong ID alang sa hustong verification.
4. Isumiter ang tanang requirements sa Convent Office.
5. Paghulat og 2–3 ka working days tungod kay ang among mga rekord wala pa marekord sa digital system ug manwal pa kini nga pangitaon gikan sa record book.
