Inanna, curious and adventurous, embarked on a journey to the Underworld to witness its secrets and mysteries.

Inanna descends through seven gates, surrendering Her divine symbols at each one, symbolizing Her willingness to release Her ego.

At each gate, Inanna had to relinquish Her worldly attachments, teaching us the importance of humility and letting go of our false identities.

Upon reaching the throne room, Inanna faced Ereshkigal, who represents the shadow aspects of ourselves and the painful emotions we often suppress.

Inanna, showing compassion, listens to Ereshkigal's lamentations, acknowledging Her pain.

In this encounter, Inanna teaches us the significance of facing our own inner darkness with empathy, embracing our pain, and understanding our true selves.
