MAHAL MO BA ANG PASTOR MO?
Panulat para sa lahat ng miyembro ng Iglesya
Bago ka magdamdam sa tuwing siya ay mangangaral,
O Bago mo pa laitin ang kanyang mga “grammar”…
Kapatid, mag-isip ka muna.
Bago ka magsalita laban sa kanyang mga desisyon,
O pag-usapan ang mga pagkakamali sa kanyang pagmimisyon…
Kapatid, magdahan-dahan ka muna.
Bago ka maghanap ng ikapupula sa kanya,
Simula sa itsura hanggang sa pagbabasa ng Bibliya,
Kapatid, teka nga muna…
Magkalinawan tayo.
hindi sila perpekto.
Hindi sila Diyos, sila ay mga “Lingkod ng Diyos”.
Oo… may pagkakataong mali ang kanilang mga grammar,
O hindi maayos ang pananamit dala ng pag-aaral hanggang madaling araw;
Wala nang panahon para sa sariling kaayusan..
Ngunit nagsusumikap mag-aral sa kaayusan ng nasasakupan.
Hindi sila perpekto.
Hindi ka nakikinig dahil “matamlay” ang pangangaral?
At ang mensahe ng Diyos ay paulit-ulit na lamang?
Baka naman ang lingkod ay wala man lang agahan…
O kaya naman iyon na ang kanilang buong kakayahan.
Hindi sila perpekto.
Huwag mong isipin na ang gawain ng Diyos ay gawain niya mag-isa,
Dahil sa likod ng matitikas na tindig ay napapagod na kaluluwa;
Inilagay ka sa Iglesya dahil alam na alam Niya (Diyos),
Na malaki ang magagawa mo kung ikaw ay susuporta.
Kapatid, hindi sila perpekto…
ngunit nagsuko ng buhay upang ikaw at ako ay makakilala kay Kristo.
Nagsuko ng buhay at ng buong pangarap,
Naglingkod sa Diyos nang may buong pagsisikap;
Nag-alaga, nagturo, nang walang hinihintay na kapalit,
Kahit ang sukli mo sa lahat ay pagsalungat at pagkagalit.
Bakit hindi mo suklian ang kanilang sakripisyo,
Maging mabuti at matapat na isang miyembro?
Dahil ang totoo, hindi pera ang habol nila sa’yo,
Kundi makita ka na lumalago sa pananampalataya mo.
“Mahal ko ang Pastor ko!” nawa ay maisambit mo,
Sa iyong sarili at sa napakaraming tao;
Upang sa pagdating ng panahon, pagharap mo kay HesuKristo,
Ipagpapasalamat mo siya, sa sakripisyo, pag-ibig at mismong buhay nito.

MAHAL MO BA ANG PASTOR MO?
Panulat para sa lahat ng miyembro ng Iglesya

Hindi sila perpekto.
Huwag mong isipin na ang gawain ng Diyos ay gawain niya mag-isa,
Dahil sa likod ng matitikas na tindig ay napapagod na kaluluwa;
Inilagay ka sa Iglesya dahil alam na alam Niya (Diyos),
Na malaki ang magagawa mo kung ikaw ay susuporta.

Love your pastor — not because he is perfect, but because he chose to serve even when it’s hard.
Behind every sermon is a prayer.
Behind every smile is a battle you don’t always see.
Behind every encouragement is a heart that gets tired too.
Your pastor carries the weight of the church in prayer.
He stands for you in times of joy, and even more in times of pain.
He chooses faith over comfort, service over rest, and obedience over popularity.
So love your Pastor......
Pray for him.
Support him.
Speak life, not criticism.
Because the enemy attacks those who lead, and encouragement can be the strength they need to keep going.
The Bible says in Hebrews 13:17 “Have confidence in your leaders and submit to their authority, because they keep watch over you as those who must give an account.”
Let’s be a church that uplifts, not tears down.
A church that covers its pastor in prayer, respect, and love.
Because when a pastor is strengthened, the whole church is blessed.
