Ordinary people. Extraordinary God.
Elijah reminds us that God doesn't need extraordinary people to do extraordinary things. He works through ordinary people who are willing to **listen, obey, trust, and pray.
Faith means trusting God when we cannot yet see what He is doing. Obedience means taking the next step even when we don't understand the whole journey.
And when we fail, become afraid, or reach our lowest point, God doesn't abandon us. He restores us, strengthens us, and reminds us that His purpose is still greater than our failures.
Sometimes the brook dries up. Sometimes the answer takes longer than we expect. Sometimes all we can see is a tiny cloud.
But God remains faithful.
Keep listening. Keep obeying. Keep trusting. Keep praying.
We may be ordinary people, but we serve an extraordinary God.
"For we walk by faith, not by sight." — 2 Corinthians 5:7
