Tayug Ward Youth Shine at Annual Youth Meeting
Tayug Ward, Rosales Stake — The Tayug Ward Youth Organization recently held its Annual Youth Meeting on February 1, 2026, a spiritually uplifting event that marked another milestone in the youth’s discipleship and growth in the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Parents, leaders, and members of the Bishopric joined in this memorable activity, supporting and witnessing the youth as they developed their faith, confidence, and leadership skills.
The Young Women, led by Sister Cleo Pastores, Young Women President, with counselors Rocelyn Javier and Beth Espero, together with the Aaronic Priesthood, under Bishop Nelson Butones and counselors Marlon Leones and Arnel Sante, organized an inspired program designed to help the youth learn to serve, lead, and share the gospel. Through these experiences, the youth strengthened their trust in the Lord and learned how to follow His guidance as young leaders.
Parents were invited to reflect on their vital role in nurturing the spiritual growth of their children, supporting them in becoming prepared disciples and future missionaries.
During the meeting, youth were recognized for their faithful efforts and received emblems of belonging.
President Russell M. Nelson has reminded the youth: “Your Heavenly Father must have great confidence in you to send you to earth at this time. You were born for greatness! The days ahead will be breathtaking …” These words encourage all young disciples to prepare spiritually for the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.
The Annual Youth Meeting was a testament to the faith, dedication, and potential of the youth of Tayug Ward — a day of celebration, service, and spiritual growth for all.
