Wotg Tagalog Bible Study Our mission is clear: to mobilize every follower of the Lord Jesus to make disciple-making leaders.

Every disciple has the potential to influence others for Christ. Effective ministry does not stop at making disciples; it develops disciples into leaders who can disciple others. This lesson explores how to identify, equip, empower, and release leaders for multiplication.

Leading a discipleship group is more than facilitating a Bible study. It is creating an environment where people connect, encounter God’s Word, apply biblical truth, pray together, and grow as committed followers of Jesus who can eventually disciple others.

A small group is more than a weekly meeting. It is an environment where disciples are engaged, established, equipped, and empowered to follow Jesus and make disciples.

Dynamic discipleship is not only about helping people grow in their relationship with Christ—it is about preparing them to live out their calling and serve God effectively. Equip is the next essential step in the discipleship journey. Jesus did not simply call His disciples to follow Him; He trained, developed, and entrusted them with ministry.

Equipping means providing believers with biblical knowledge, practical skills, spiritual disciplines, and opportunities to serve. As disciples are equipped, they become confident and capable followers of Jesus who can influence their families, communities, and culture. Ultimately, equipping transforms learners into servants and followers into leaders.

Effective discipleship begins with a solid Biblical foundation. In the Christian walk, spiritual growth and transformation do not happen by accident—they are built intentionally upon the unshakeable truth of Scripture. Jesus emphasized this principle in the Gospel of Matthew, reminding us that a life constructed on His teachings stands firm against life’s fiercest storms.

Understanding the dynamics of discipleship requires root-level clarity on key doctrines: living out the Gospel, rootedness in God’s Word, and active reliance on the Holy Spirit. By centering our discipleship on God's Word, we align our faith, character, and mission with Christ’s eternal plan.

Discipleship is not meant to happen only inside the church. Dynamic discipleship calls us to live out our faith wherever God has placed us—within our families, workplaces, neighborhoods, schools, and communities. Jesus modeled this by engaging people where they were, building relationships, meeting needs, and sharing the truth of God’s Kingdom.

As followers of Christ, we are called not to isolate ourselves from culture but to engage it with wisdom, love, and biblical conviction. This lesson challenges us to become disciples who live the Gospel visibly, build meaningful relationships, serve our communities, and influence culture for Christ.

Discipleship is not a one-time decision but a lifelong journey of becoming more like Jesus Christ. It is a dynamic process of spiritual growth, where believers continually learn God's Word, develop Christlike character, and faithfully obey His commands. As we walk with Christ, we are transformed by the Holy Spirit and equipped to help others follow Him. True discipleship moves us from simply believing in Jesus to living for Him and making disciples who will do the same.

Dynamic Discipleship: Helping Others Follow Jesus

This study highlights discipleship as the primary focus and core mission of the church, drawing on the illustration of a one-armed judo student who wins a championship by mastering a single, essential move. It defines discipleship through three foundational relationships—following Jesus in obedience, fishing for people through evangelism, and fellowshipping with believers in community. Built on four core principles, the lesson emphasizes that every person is valued by God, every ministry can grow, leaders must equip others, and every disciple is called to make disciples.

Effective Evangelism: Soul Winner's Proof (Part1)

Before diving into today's lesson, remember that every believer is called to share the Gospel—but many hesitate because they fear difficult questions or objections. This training, The Soul Winner's Proof 1, is designed to equip you with practical, biblical answers to some of the most common challenges people raise about Christianity. Our goal is not to win arguments, but to remove barriers, build meaningful conversations, and confidently point people to Jesus Christ. As we learn together, may God strengthen our faith, deepen our understanding, and prepare us to "always be ready to give an answer for the hope that is within us"
(1 Peter 3:15).

Effective Evangelism: Soul Winner's Proclamation (Part 2).

Understanding the Gospel is the foundation of every Christian's faith and the heart of biblical evangelism. As followers of Christ, we are not only called to believe the Gospel but also to faithfully share it with others. However, many believers struggle to explain the message of salvation in a clear and biblical way.

In this lesson, we will discover what the Gospel truly is, why Jesus Christ is the only Savior, and how people can respond to God's offer of salvation. You will also learn a simple, biblical approach to presenting the Gospel with confidence, clarity, and compassion. Our prayer is that this lesson will strengthen your faith, deepen your appreciation for God's grace, and equip you to become a faithful witness for Jesus Christ wherever God sends you.
