Today wasn't just about catching up, it was about checking in with ourselves and one another.

Through our reflection on Joy, Anger, Anxiety, Embarrassment, Sadness, and Ennui, we were reminded that every emotion has a purpose. Each feeling is part of our journey, helping us grow, learn, and become stronger.

May we continue to embrace every emotion with understanding, choose kindness, and remember that it's okay to feel. 💙
