Makapangyarihang Diyos, dumudulog kami sa Iyong banal na kanlungan habang ang malalakas na ulan at baha ay nagbabanta sa aming mga pamayanan. Ibalot mo ang iyong mapagkalingang mga kamay sa aming mga komunidad upang iligtas ang mga inosenteng buhay mula sa kapahamakan, at panatilihing ligtas ang bawat pamilya sa panganib, sakuna, at paglikas.

Ipagsanggalang Mo ang aming mga tahanan, ang aming mga ari-arian, at ang pawis ng aming mga kamay na nagtataguyod sa aming kabuhayan. Pagkalooban Mo ng karunungan ang mga nasa kapangyarihan, panatilihin kaming matatag at nagkakaisa sa pagmamalasakit sa isa’t isa, at patahimikin Mo ang mga bagyo sa aming kapaligiran.

Hinihiling namin ito sa pamamagitan ni Hesukristo, aming Panginoon, Amen.

The Solemn Rites of Installation of Parish Priests and Rectors of the Vicariate of Saint Sebastian will be held on Friday, July 24, 2026, at 5:30 PM at the Cathedral of Saint Sebastian, to be presided over by His Excellency, Most Reverend Roberto C. Mallari, D.D., Bishop of Tarlac.

𝐑𝐞𝐯. 𝐅𝐫. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐔𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨 will be installed as 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐋𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐅𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡, 𝐁𝐫𝐠𝐲. 𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞, 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐚𝐜 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲, together with the other assistant priests of the parish.
