When we lead worship, the grace of being In Christ changes everything about why and how we stand on the stage.

LEADING FROM IDENTITY, NOT PERFORMANCE:
We don't need to play a flawless set or hit every note perfectly to draw close to God. Jesus already made us completely acceptable to the Father. When we step up to lead, we are simply sharing out of the security of our identity in Him.
SERVING IN REST, NOT STRAIN:
If we try to produce a "spiritual atmosphere" through our own sweat and anxiety, ministry becomes exhausting. The grace of the new birth means the Holy Spirit does the real work. Our job is to rest in Christ's finished work and allow His life to flow naturally through our worship.
FREEDOM FROM GUILT AND PRESSURE:
Mistakes happenโa wrong chord, a missed cue, or a rough week off stage. But because our past, present, and future are covered by grace, guilt has no place on the team. We can lead with confidence, knowing God looks at us and sees the perfection of Christ.
