•Pare-parehong tayong lumalago Kay Cristo.

•Ibat ibang kaloob sa bawat isa gamitin para Kay Cristo

1.Lumago sa pamamagitan ng Salita ni Cristo(Efeso 4:11-13)
•Ang tunay na layunin ng liderato upang ihanda Ang mga banal sa gawain ng paglilingkod..
*Pag-aayos
*Pagtatama

2.Lumago tungo sa katatagan(Efeso 4:14)

Ang panganib ng maturity..

Immaturity -Tinatangay ng bawat hangin ng aral(Social media, Sikat na influencers, Viral Teaching)

*Stability -Nakaugat at matatag Kay Cristo(Salita ng Diyos, Katotohanan)

• Ang spiritual maturity ay lumalago sa Araw Araw na pakikinig, pagbabasa, pag-aaral at pagsunod sa Salita ng Diyos

*Hindi ito nasusukat kung kagano ka katagal sa church kundi sa lalim ng pananampalataya at pananalig Kay Cristo.

Sa Diyos Ang pinakamataas na Papuri at pagsamba 🙌 🙏
