โQue soy era Immaculada Counceptiouโ
-The words uttered by the Blessed Virgin Mary to St. Bernadette Soubirous at her apparition in Lourdes, France, 1858
A reminder that heaven still meets us in our most fragile moments. Mary appeared not in grandeur, but in gentleness. Not to the powerful, but to a simple girl. And through that humble encounter, she reminded the world that Godโs grace flows even in the quietest places and the most wounded hearts.
Our Lady of Lourdes is a Mother who sees our pain, the silent battles, the whispered prayers, the tears we try to hide. She calls us to healing, not only of the body, but of the soul. In the spring that continues to flow in Lourdes, we are reminded that hope never runs dry. Miracles are not always grand; sometimes they are found in renewed faith, restored strength, and the courage to keep going.
We entrust to her our sickness, our worries, our families, and our dreams. May she wrap us in her blue mantle, guide us closer to her Son, and teach us to trust even when we do not understand. Like Saint Bernadette, may we learn to listen, to believe, and to surrender.
Our Lady of Lourdes, pray for us. Heal us. Strengthen us. Lead us home.
