𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗬 𝗙𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗧 𝗗𝗔𝗬, 𝗦𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗧 𝗥𝗢𝗦𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗟𝗜𝗠𝗔!

The DCYA joins the Church in celebrating the feast of St. Rose of Lima, the first canonized saint of the Americas, and one of the secondary patronesses of the Philippines.

St. Rose known for her deep love for Christ, prayer, humility, and service to the poor.

May her life inspire us, especially the young, to grow in holiness and faithfully serve God and others.

𝐎𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐎𝐅 𝐋𝐀𝐊𝐁𝐀𝐘 𝐁𝐀𝐒𝐓𝐄 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 | 𝐖𝐘𝐃 𝐒𝐄𝐎𝐔𝐋 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕 𝐊𝐈𝐂𝐊-𝐎𝐅𝐅

Opisyal nang inilunsad ang 𝗟𝗮𝗸𝗯𝗮𝘆 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 kasabay ng 𝗪𝗬𝗗 𝗦𝗲𝗼𝘂𝗹 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳 𝗞𝗶𝗰𝗸-𝗢𝗳𝗳 kahapon, Agosto 15, na ginanap sa St. Raphael the Archangel Parish, Tarlac City, sa pangunguna ng Diocesan Commission on Youth Apostolate (DCYA).

Ang pagtitipon ay isinagawa sa isang Banal na Misa na pinamunuan ni Rev. Fr. Medel Malonzo ang ating Diocesan Youth Director. Dinaluhan ng mga youth coordinators, leaders, at representatives mula sa walong (8) bikaryato at Federation of National Youth Organizations (FNYO) ng ating diyosesis.

Ibinahagi ang ilang mga detalye ukol sa gaganaping World Youth Day 2027 sa South Korea at ang opisyal na pagbubukas ng screening para sa mga gustong makibahagi at maging kinatawan ng ating diyosesis.

Binasbasan din ang mga imahen ni San Sebastian, ang mahal na pintakasi, na mula sa bawat bikaryato. Ito ang gagamitin sa paglalakbay o pagbisita sa iba't ibang mga parokya simula ngayong Agosto 16 hanggang Setyembre 18.

Sa ngalan po ng DCYA Council, lubos po ang aming pasasalamat sa lahat ng mga dumalo at nakiisa. Nawa'y patuloy pang pag-alabin ng Panginoon ang ating puso bilang Kanyang mga lingkod-kabataan at kalakbay.

Ngayong Buwan ng Agosto, inaanyayahan ang lahat na makiisa sa 𝗟𝗮𝗸𝗯𝗮𝘆 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 sa pangunguna ng Diocesan Comission on Youth Apostolate.

Layunin nito na pag-alabin ang pananampalataya ng bawat isa, lalo na ng mga kabataan, sa tulong ni 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗯𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗻–ang minamahal na pintakasi ng Diyosesis ng Tarlac.

Ang bawat bikaryato ay inaasahang magdala ng imahen o ng mga imahen ni San Sebastian na siyang maglalakbay sa mga parokyang sakop nito mula 𝗔𝗴𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗼 𝟭𝟲 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝘁𝘆𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗲 𝟭𝟴.

Ang Lakbay Baste 2026 ay magbubukas kasabay ng 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗦𝗲𝗼𝘂𝗹 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳 𝗞𝗶𝗰𝗸-𝗼𝗳𝗳 ngayong 𝗔𝗴𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗼 𝟭𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 sa ganap na 𝟭𝟭:𝟬𝟬 𝗡.𝗨. sa 𝗦𝘁. 𝗥𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗮𝗲𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵, San Rafael, Tarlac City.

DCYA Holds Special Meeting to Strengthen Youth Ministry Initiatives

The Diocesan Commission on Youth Apostolate (DCYA) successfully conducted its first Special Meeting for the pastoral year on July 18, 2026, at Parroquia del Espiritu Santo, San Luis, Tarlac City. The gathering was attended by the newly formed DCYA Officers together with the Vicariate Youth representatives and the Federation of Diocesan Youth Organizations Coordinator.

The special meeting served as an important opportunity to align the vision, priorities, and direction of the diocesan youth ministry. It provided a venue to assess the current state of youth ministry across the vicariates, review ongoing initiatives, discuss upcoming diocesan programs and events, address administrative concerns, and strengthen coordination among youth leaders throughout the Diocese.

The discussions also encouraged the exchange of experiences, challenges, and best practices among the vicariates, fostering greater collaboration and mutual support. Through dialogue and shared discernment, the commission identified key priorities that will guide its pastoral initiatives in the coming months, ensuring that diocesan, vicariate, parish youth ministries, and other youth organizations remain responsive to the needs of young people.

More than a planning meeting, the gathering became a moment of communion among youth leaders, reaffirming their shared mission of accompanying the youth in faith, nurturing servant leadership, and promoting active participation in the life and mission of the Church. It likewise strengthened the commitment of every vicariate and organization to work together in building a more united, Christ-centered, youth-focused, and apostolic youth ministry.

The DCYA extends its sincere gratitude to the Vicariate of San Sebastian, pore particularly to Parroquia del Espiritu Santo for warmly hosting the meeting and to all the participants for their generous presence, meaningful contributions, and unwavering dedication to the Youth Apostolate. May the fruits of this gathering inspire continued collaboration and faithful service as the commission journeys together in bringing Christ closer to every young person in the Diocese.

Today, we joyfully celebrate the life, mission, and unwavering dedication of Rev. Fr. Medel Malonzo, our beloved Regional and Diocesan Youth Director. His guidance, faith, and passion continue to inspire the young Church to grow in love and service.

May the Lord continue to guide and bless you and may the desires of your heart be granted.

The Diocesan Commission on Youth Apostolate (DCYA) Council of the Diocese of Tarlac participated in the Bi-Annual Regional Meeting of the Central Luzon Youth Coordinating Council (CLYCC), gathering youth commission and ministry representatives from the six dioceses and one archdiocese of Region III.

The meeting served as a meaningful opportunity to strengthen communion, evaluate ongoing pastoral initiatives, share best practices, and collaboratively plan future regional programs that will continue to empower and accompany the youth in their journey of faith. Rev. Fr. Medel Malonzo, DCYA Youth Director, presided over the gathering in his capacity as the Regional Youth Director, guiding the discussions and fostering greater collaboration among the participating dioceses.

Representing the Diocese of Tarlac was the complete DCYA Council: Rev. Fr. Medel Malonzo, Youth Director; Bro. Aljon Ibañez, Diocesan Youth Coordinator; Sis. Elaine San Pedro, Diocesan Youth Leader; Bro. Jam Agunos, Diocesan Youth Secretary; and Bro. Ephraim Gatmaitan, Diocesan Youth Treasurer.

Hosted by the Commission on Youth of the Diocese of San Jose de Nueva Ecija, the gathering reaffirmed the commitment of the Church in Central Luzon to journey together in synodality, nurturing young people as active disciples and missionary leaders in their respective local Churches.

Kalakbay, ilang araw na lang… 🥹👉👈

Mula sa mga homilyang tumagos sa ating puso, sa mga payo at paggabay sa gitna ng ating mga pagsubok, hanggang sa simpleng ngiti at kamustahan pagkatapos ng Misa, bawat sandali ay naging bahagi na sila ng ating paglalakbay lalo na tayong mga kabataan.

Hindi lang natin sila naging pastol, naging tunay na ama at gabay din natin sila.

Kaya bago sila opisyal na lumipat sa Hunyo 1 sa kanilang bagong misyon, iparamdam natin ang ating pagmamahal!
