4.Ang mga damo ay ang mga huwad na kristiyano
5.Ang kaaway ay ang diablo
6.Ang pag aani ay ang katapusan ng mundo

Conclusion
Huwag kang huhusga para hindi ka husgahan.

Ano ang isang bagay sa sarili na gusto mong baguhin pagkatapos marinig ang parabulang ito?

Kung disciple ka, SUMUNOD ka!
Embrace COMMITMENT!
Work and be a leader.
Lead and make disciples.🙏🙏🙏

MEMBERS OR DISCIPLES?

A FULL AUDITORIUM CAN HIDE AN EMPTY LEADERSHIP PIPELINE.

Pwede kang may 300 sa Sunday service—
pero kapag 50% ng workers mo tumigil bukas…

GAGANA PA BA ANG MINISTRY?

Kung hindi, may problema.

Hindi attendance ang problema.
Discipleship ang problema.

Hindi sapat na maraming pumupunta.
Ang tanong ay: May nade-develop ba?

1. PEOPLE ATTEND REGULARLY BUT RARELY SERVE

Uma-attend sila regularly, pero bihira silang maglingkod.

Laging:

“Ano ang matatanggap ko?”

Bihirang:

“Ano ang pwede kong gawin?”

Hindi tayo tinawag para maging permanenteng consumers sa church.

Disciples don’t just attend. They participate.

2. THE SAME FEW PEOPLE DO ALMOST EVERYTHING

Iilang tao lang ang gumagawa ng halos lahat.

Same people.
Same workers.
Same leaders.

Kung 10 people ang laging nagbubuhat ng ministry habang 100 ang nanonood, hindi lang manpower problem yan.

Discipleship problem yan.

Hindi healthy ang church kung palaging pareho ang gumagawa.

The goal is not to use the same people better.
The goal is to develop more people who can carry responsibility.

3. PEOPLE WANT TITLES BEFORE TRAINING

Gusto ng title bago dumaan sa training.

Gusto ng position pero ayaw ng preparation.

Gusto maging leader pero ayaw munang maging learner.

Gusto ng microphone pero ayaw ng process.

Character must come before position.

Bago ka pagkatiwalaan ng malaking responsibility, dapat makita muna na faithful ka sa maliit.

— Luke 16:10

4. THEY KNOW SERMONS BUT CAN’T HANDLE RESPONSIBILITY

Maraming alam na Bible verses.

Maraming notes sa preaching.

Maraming sermon na napakinggan.

Pero kapag responsibility na—

nawawala.

Kapag may kailangang i-handle—

umatras.

Kapag may kailangang panindigan—

excuse ang lumalabas.

Knowledge that never produces obedience is incomplete discipleship.

Hindi goal ng discipleship na marami kang alam.

Ang goal ay magbago ang buhay mo dahil sa alam mo.

— James 1:22

5. THEY DISAPPEAR WHEN SACRIFICE IS REQUIRED

Kapag convenient, present.

Kapag may blessing, present.

Kapag may celebration, present.

Pero kapag may sacrifice na—

biglang nawawala.

Crowds love convenience.

Disciples embrace commitment.

Hindi lahat ng sumusunod kapag madali ay tunay na committed.

Makikita mo ang disciple kapag may presyo na ang pagsunod.

6. CORRECTION QUICKLY BECOMES OFFENSE

Konting correction—

offended.

Konting accountability—

“Hindi mo ako naiintindihan.”

Konting challenge—

“Bakit ako?”

Kung bawat correction ay tinatawag mong rejection, baka hindi ka pa ready for development.

A disciple doesn’t only receive encouragement.

A disciple also receives correction.

Because you cannot develop someone who is always defending themselves.

7. THEY ARE NOT WINNING OR DISCIPLING OTHERS

Kung years ka nang Christian pero wala ka pa ring dini-disciple—

may kailangang itanong.

Hindi dapat sa’yo nagtatapos ang Gospel.

Hindi dapat sa’yo nagtatapos ang discipleship.

A disciple eventually becomes a disciple-maker.

Matthew 28:19.

Tinanggap mo ang Gospel para ipasa mo rin ito.

Tinuruan ka para matuto ka ring magturo.

You were discipled so you can disciple someone else.

8. THE CHURCH DEPENDS TOO HEAVILY ON THE PASTOR

Kapag wala ang pastor—

walang gagalaw.

Kapag hindi nag-announce ang pastor—

walang kikilos.

Kapag hindi nag-follow-up ang pastor—

walang mag-follow-up.

Kapag hindi nag-lead ang pastor—

walang leader.

That’s not a leadership pipeline. That’s leadership dependency.

Hindi trabaho ng pastor na gawin lahat ng ministry.

The pastor equips the saints to do the work.

— Ephesians 4:11–12

A healthy church doesn’t produce more dependence on the pastor.
It produces more people capable of carrying the mission.

9. THERE ARE NO OBVIOUS FUTURE LEADERS BEING PREPARED

Tanungin mo ang sarili mo:

“Sino ang next?”

Sino ang susunod na leader?

Sino ang pwede mong pagkatiwalaan?

Sino ang kaya mong ipadala?

Sino ang kayang tumayo kapag wala ka?

Kung wala kang maisip—

you may be busy leading, but you’re not developing leaders.

Leadership is not just about what you can do.

It’s about who you are preparing to do it after you.

10. ATTENDANCE IS GROWING BUT MATURITY ISN’T

Mas maraming tao.

Pero parehong problema.

Mas malaking crowd.

Pero iilan pa rin ang workers.

Mas maraming attendees.

Pero walang bagong leaders.

Mas maraming nakikinig.

Pero kakaunti ang sumusunod.

That’s numerical growth without spiritual development.

Hindi lahat ng growth ay healthy growth.

Because a church can become bigger without becoming stronger.

THE REAL GOAL OF DISCIPLESHIP

Hindi:

ATTENDANCE

Kundi:

ATTENDANCE → DISCIPLESHIP → SERVICE → LEADERSHIP → MULTIPLICATION

Hindi tayo tinawag ni Jesus para gumawa ng audience.

TINAWAG TAYO PARA GUMAWA NG DISCIPLES.

At ang disciple ay hindi dapat manatiling disciple forever.

A disciple becomes a disciple-maker.

Kaya huwag lang itanong:

“Ilang tao ang dumalo?”

Itanong mo:

“Ilang tao ang nade-develop?”

Ilang members ang naging workers?

Ilang workers ang naging leaders?

Ilang leaders ang naging disciple-makers?

Ilang disciple-makers ang nag-multiply?

Because the goal is not to build a crowd.

THE GOAL IS TO BUILD AN ARMY.

FROM MEMBERS → TO DISCIPLES.
FROM DISCIPLES → TO WORKERS.
FROM WORKERS → TO LEADERS.
FROM LEADERS → TO DISCIPLE-MAKERS.

STOP COUNTING WHO COMES.
START DEVELOPING WHO CAN CARRY.
