God doesn't wait for the wilderness to end before He helps you. He builds a road through it. What feels like an impossible barrier is actually the ground where God is paving a path.

Ask God today: "Lord, what is the specific 'stream' You are opening up for me in this dry place?"

If God’s Word is the final authority, then obedience is the act of aligning your entire life with that standard. It is not a "default" setting. Rather, it is a series of intentional decisions to prioritize the eternal over the traditional.

This verse teaches that the greatest danger isn't making a mistake, but rather becoming uncorrectable. A heart that constantly resists the truth eventually becomes calloused.

Reflection question for this week: Is my heart soft enough to be shaped, or is it getting too hard to be healed?

This Sunday, we’re not just talking about church as a place, but as a people being shaped to reflect Christ.

“The Roadmap to a Christ-like Church” takes us back to what really matters. Not just programs, not just attendance, but the kind of heart, culture, and life that mirrors Him.

If you’ve ever wondered what a church should truly look like beyond the surface, come and hear the Word for yourself.

Yesterday was about disobedience, but now, it's about the benefits of obeying. While disobedience leads to separation and loss, a heart that chooses to honor God and parents is met with incredible promises of blessing.

Scripture shows us that honoring our parents is the very first commandment that comes with a specific reward: that things may go well with us and we may enjoy a long life.

Furthermore, holding fast to godly teaching provides us with a continuous hedge of protection; these instructions guard us while we sleep and guide us when we are awake, keeping us from path that lead to ruin.

Finally, we must never forget that God is a faithful Provider. When we prioritize honoring Him and our parents, we can trust that He will abundantly meet all our needs, not out of our own scarcity, but according to His infinite riches in glory.

Let us commit to walking in a spirit of obedience, stepping into the fullness of the favor He has prepared for us!

Last Sunday, we were taught that disobedience is like a wall that keeps us from feeling God's warm presence, leaving our lives feeling empty and incomplete. Just like a child wandering in the dark, we lose the gentle guidance of our Father when we ignore His instructions, finding ourselves without the direction we so desperately need for our journey.

We must also remember that our choices have the power to turn away the special blessings and favor that God wants to pour into our lives. This lesson is the same for the way we treat our parents; when we honor them with our obedience, we stay under a covering of love and protection that helps us grow into who we are meant to be.

Let us pray for a heart that is soft and ready to listen, so we can always walk hand-in-hand with our Father and keep our lives full of His light.

We don’t always feel it right away, but every act of disobedience leads somewhere. It may seem small in the moment, easy to ignore, or even justified, but it always carries weight in the long run.

That’s why honoring and obeying our parents isn’t just about following rules. It’s about choosing a path that leads to life, not regret.

What feels like a small decision today can shape where you end up tomorrow.

Sometimes we think honoring our parents only matters when it’s easy or when we agree with them. But this verse points us to something deeper.

Obedience and honor are not just about rules, they reflect a heart that chooses to do what is right before God. Even when it’s not convenient, even when it stretches you.

This week, it’s a reminder that how we respond at home still matters to Him.

In this verse, Apostle Paul establishes intercession not as a secondary option, but as the "first of all" priority for the church’s public and private life. In a biblical sense, it means approaching the King on behalf of another. It suggests a bold, personal advocacy for others.

See you at church today!❤

Proverbs 27:17 says, "As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another." Whether it’s through a structured ministry or a simple, consistent friendship, the act of "nurturing" is one of the most practical ways to demonstrate God's love with one another.

There is something truly special that happens when women come together to strengthen, encourage, and grow alongside one another. We can’t wait to see you, Women of God!❤
