📖 “It is impossible that no offenses should come, but woe to him through whom they do come!”
— Luke 17:1

This Sunday, we were reminded that offense is inevitable—but staying offended is a choice.
⚠️ Offense can cause people to leave:
• Churches
• Ministries & callings
• Relationships
• Even their walk with God

And often, the deepest wounds come from the closest people. Family, friends, co-workers, and even fellow believers. This is what we call “friendly fire.”
👑 David & Saul — Honor in the Midst of Injustice
David chose to honor Saul even when he was wrongly treated.

Jesus & Judas — Love Without Bitterness
Even in betrayal, Jesus chose forgiveness.

📖 “Father, forgive them…” — Luke 23:34

How do we respond to Friendly Fire?
• Choose forgiveness — even without an apology
• Pray for the offender — respond with grace, not retaliation
• Stay connected — don’t isolate; remain in God’s presence and in healthy relationships

Let’s be a people who are unoffendable, walking in grace, love, and maturity—no matter what comes our way.
