Different Kingdom, different definition of greatness. 👑

It's not about the title you carry, the position you hold, or how many people know your name. Jesus showed us that the greatest among us is the one willing to serve.

The question isn't "How great can I become?".
It's "How much more can I become like Jesus?"

Kingdom leadership begins with the mind of Christ and is expressed through a life of serving.

Everyone wants the spotlight, but Jesus calls us to something deeper.

In Mark 10, the disciples were chasing positions, but Jesus showed them that real greatness isn't about being seen—it's about serving. The question should not be "How many people know your name?" but "How many people have experienced Christ through your life?"

The goal was never to build our own platform, it's to carry our cross, love people well, and point everything back to Jesus.

May our lives speak louder than our titles, and may Christ become more as we become less.

Before God grows our influence, He grows our character.

Matthew 20 reminds us that true greatness isn't found in being served, but in serving others, just as Jesus did. When our hearts and minds are rooted in God's Kingdom values, we stop asking "How high can I go?" and start asking "Who can I serve?"

That's the kind of leadership Jesus modeled. That's the kind of leadership we're called to live.

Serving starts long before the action, it starts with the heart.

Jesus reminds us in Matthew 20:20-28 that true leadership isn't about being first in line, but being the first to serve. It's choosing humility over recognition, people over position, and obedience over applause.

May our hearts always reflect the One who "did not come to be served, but to serve".

When we gather, we don't just talk about God, we talk to Him.

Last Sunday, we were reminded that prayer is not our last resort, it is our first response. Through prayer we surrender our worries, seek God's will, and find strength in His presence.

As we conclude our When We Gather series, may we continue to gather as God's people, worshiping together, growing in His word, remembering Christ through communion, encouraging one another in fellowship, and seeking Him in prayer. Because when we gather, God forms us into the people He has called us to be.
