“UNITY IN THE BODY OF CHRIST”

📖 Main Text: 1 Corinto 12:12-27; Efeso 4:1-6

"[12] Si Cristo'y tulad ng isang katawan na may maraming bahagi. Kahit na binubuo ng iba't ibang bahagi, ito ay nananatiling iisang katawan. [13] Maging Judio o Hentil, alipin man o malaya, tayong lahat ay binautismuhan sa pamamagitan ng iisang Espiritu upang maging isang katawan. Tayong lahat ay pinainom sa iisang Espiritu." - 1 Corinto 12:12-13

Ito ang limang katotohanan na dapat nating tandaan:

1️⃣ We are different but one in Christ. (1 Corinto 12:12-13)

Huwag mong ihambing ang iyong kaloob sa kaloob ng iba. Ang iyong papel sa katawan ni Cristo ay natatangi at mahalaga- ikaw man ay kumakanta, nananalangin, naglilingkod, at nagtuturo.

2️⃣ Every member matters. (1 Corinto 12:17)

Inilagay ng Diyos ang bawat bahagi ng katawan ayon sa Kanyang kalooban. Ikaw ay inilagay ng Diyos sa katawang ito hindi dahil sa aksidente, kundi dahil sa Kanyang perpektong plano.

3️⃣ Caring for one another. (1 Corinto 12:26)

Kung nasasaktan ang isang bahagi, nasasaktan din ang lahat ng bahagi. Kung pinararangalan ang isang bahagi, nagagalak ang lahat ng bahagi. Nais ipabatid sa'tin ni Kristo na alagaan natin ang bawat isa, sapagkat tayong lahat ay konektado bilang mga miyembro ng simbahan.

4️⃣ Maintaining unity through humility, meekness, patience, and love. (Efeso 4:1-6)

Mahalaga ang kapakumbabaan, kaamuan, pagtitiyaga, at pag-ibig. Ito ang mga susi para mapanatili ang pagkakaisa na kaloob ng Espiritu sa atin.

5️⃣ The Holy Spirit as the bond of unity. (1 Corinto 12:13)

Ang banal na Espiritu ay nagbibigay ng kaloob, nagbubuklod sa iisang katawan, nagbibigay ng kapangyarihan, at nagbibigay ng bunga ng Espiritu.

“GOD'S DESIGN FOR THE CHURCH”

📖 Main Text: Efeso 2:19-22

“[19] Kaya nga, hindi na kayo mga dayuhan at mga banyaga, subalit mga mamamayang kasama ng mga banal at ng sambahayan ng Diyos. [20] Kayo ay naitayo sa saligan ng mga apostol at mga propeta. Si Jesucristo ang siya mismong batong-panulok. [21] Sa kaniya ang lahat ng bahagi ng gusali na sama-samang pinaghugpong ay lumalago sa isang banal na dako sa Panginoon. [22] Sa kaniya rin kayo ay sama-samang itinayo upang maging tirahan ng Diyos sa pamamagitan ng Espiritu.” — Efeso 2:19-22

Ano ang disenyo ng Diyos para sa Iglesia? 💒

1️⃣ Ang Iglesia ay isang bagong komunidad. (Efeso 2:19a)

Noon, tayo ay mga estranghero na walang karapatan o proteksyon. Ngayon, tayo ay mga ganap na mamamayan ng kaharian ng Diyos dahil kabilang na tayo sa Kanyang sambahayan.

2️⃣ Ang Iglesia ay tinayo sa matibay na pundasyon. (Efeso 2:20)

Si Hesus ang ating matibay na pundasyon. Nasusulat sa Gawa 4:11-12 na Siya ang ating nag-iisang pundasyon, ang nag-iisang daan ng kaligtasan. Ang Kanyang mga salita ay walang kamalian at palaging mapagkakatiwalaan.

3️⃣ Ang Iglesia ay isang lumalaking templo. (Efeso 2:21-22)

Nagkakaugnay-ugnay ang Iglesia ng Diyos. Ang mga miyembro ay inilagay Niya na katulad ng mga bato sa isang gusali— maingat na pinagtutugma. At habang tumatagal, lumalaki ang bilang ng mga miyembro nito dahil ito ang plano ng Diyos para sa Iglesia.

“Hindi ba ninyo alam na kayo ang templo ng Diyos at naninirahan sa inyo ang Kanyang Espiritu?” — 1 Corinthians 3:16

Ito ang pinakahuling layunin ng Diyos. Siya mismo ay mananahan sa Kanyang bayan sa pamamagitan ng Espiritu.

Mga kapatid, nais ng Diyos na tayo'y magsisi, sumampalataya, tumanggap, at manahan sa Kanyang Iglesia. Ang pananahan sa Kanyang Iglesia ang magbibigay sa atin ng isang bagong komunidad. 🏘️✨

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝'𝐬 𝐏𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐢𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 (𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐬 12:2) 🌏

The world works quietly, gradually, and cleverly through busyness, entertainment, relationships, and success. It is important that once we get what we have prayed for, we should not forget the One who gave this blessing to us. In addition, God wants us to be consistent; be a God-fearing person, whether it is Sunday or Monday.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲: 𝐒𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐝𝐨𝐦 (𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐰 6:33) 👑

Priority is not about adding God to your life; it's about building your life around Him. Ask yourself, if someone looked at your calendar, your bank statement, and your screen time, would they conclude that God is your top priority?

Your priority is revealed by what you do consistently. 💯

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫: 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐥 (𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐬 12:2) ⚡

Be transformed by the power of God.

✅ Feed on God's Word - When your thinking shifts, desires change
✅ Saturate in Prayer - What once attracted you loses its grip
✅ Stay in community - Worship and fellowship becomes your lifeline

Closing Challenge: 𝐁𝐄 𝐔𝐍𝐌𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐃. ✋

𝐁𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭- not because you're strong, but because the One who holds you is.

“MAMUHAY BILANG ASIN AT ILAW”

📖 Main Text: Mateo 5:13-16

"[13] Kayo ang asin ng lupa. Ngunit kapag ang asin ay nawalan ng alat, paano pa ito muling aalat? Wala itong kabuluhan kundi itapon na lamang at yurakan ng mga tao. [14] Kayo ang ilaw ng sanlibutan. Ang isang lungsod na nakatayo sa ibabaw ng isang burol ay hindi maitatago. [15] Hindi rin sinisindihan ng sinuman ang ilawan upang ilagay sa ilalim ng takalan. Ngunit ito ay inilalagay sa lalagyan ng ilawan at nagliliwanag sa lahat ng nasa bahay. [16] Sa ganitong paraan pagliwanagin ninyo ang inyong ilawan sa harap ng mga tao upang makita nila ang inyong mabubuting gawa. Sa gayon ay luluwalhatiin nila ang inyong Ama na nasa langit." - Mateo 5:13-16

Tatlong katotohanan ang ibinigay sa atin ng teksto ngayong umaga:

Una, 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐝 𝐭𝐚𝐲𝐨. Tayo ang asin at ilaw. Hindi ito pinaghirapan - ito ay ibinigay sa atin ng Diyos sa pamamagitan ni Kristo. [Mateo 5:13-14] 🙌

Pangalawa, 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐛𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐚 𝐭𝐚𝐲𝐨. Huwag nating hayaang mawalan ng alat ang ating buhay. Huwag nating itago ang liwanag na ibinigay sa atin. Ang Kristiyanong walang epekto sa paligid ay Kristiyanong kailangang suriin ang kanyang puso. [Mateo 5:15] ❤️

Pangatlo, 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐲𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐚𝐲𝐨. Magliwanag- hindi para sa sarili, kundi upang makita ng mga tao ang Diyos sa ating buhay at Siya ang luwalhatiin. [Mateo 5:16] ✨

Mga kapatid, ang tanong ngayong umaga ay hindi kung ikaw ba ay asin at ilaw- sinabi na ni Hesus na ikaw nga. Ang tanong ay:

On Tuesday morning, April 21, 2026, our mission team set out from Manila at 9:00 AM with hearts full of faith and bags full of hope. We embarked on an approximately 20-hour journey by bus and barko, bound for Masbate City — carrying with us not just food and goods, but the love of Christ and a desire to serve.

This mission was more than just a trip — it was a homecoming. The first church we visited holds a deeply special place in our hearts. This is the very church where Rev. Rene L. Arbis first laid the foundation of his ministry when he was still a young, single man. Back then, Pastor Rene named this church "Jesus Christ the Answer" — a name that carried the very heart of the Gospel. Over the years, the church has been renamed and is now known as the Foursquare Gospel Church, faithfully led by Pastor Ernie Loresca. Returning to this church was an emotional and powerful reminder of how God plants seeds in one season and brings forth a harvest in another.

From there, our team continued the mission — visiting the churches across Masbate City. At each stop, we held worship services, shared the Word of God, prayed over families, and distributed food packs, groceries, and essential goods to the congregations and communities in need. We witnessed God's presence in every song that was sung, every prayer that was lifted, and every smile on the faces of our brothers and sisters who received us with so much love and gratitude.
On Sunday, April 26, we joined the Jesus Commissioned Church for their regular Sunday worship service led by Pastor Nilo Quarre whom was a very close disciple of Pastor Rene L. Arbis grew up in Faith together and Pastora Maria Fe Quarre his other half — worshipping alongside the very congregation that Pastor Rene once shepherded. It was a moment of praise, thanksgiving, and unity in the body of Christ.

This mission would not have been possible without the generous hearts of our prayer warriors, kapatiran from Esquire Church. Every peso, every food pack, every prayer — it all mattered. You may not have traveled with us physically, but your support carried us every step of the way. You are part of this mission, and the blessings that flowed through your giving have reached families and communities in Masbate who needed it the most.

To our mission team — thank you for saying "yes" to the call. Thank you for enduring the long travel, for waking up early, for packing goods, for singing, for praying, for giving your time, your energy, and your love. You are the hands and feet of Jesus.

To the late Rev. Rene L. Arbis — thank you for your heart and your vision. Thank you for leading us back to where it all began. Your ministry continues to bear fruit, and we are honored to walk alongside you in this journey of faith.

To every pastor, church leader, and church member especially Pastor Quarre and Pastora Fe Quarre who welcomed us in Masbate and very good Accommodation — maraming salamat po. Your warmth, your fellowship, and your faith have left an unforgettable mark on our hearts.

And above all — to our Lord Jesus Christ, who made all of this possible. You are the reason we go. You are the reason we serve. You are the answer — yesterday, today, and forever.
