"The destruction of S***m and Gomorrah"
(GENESIS 18:16-19:11)

This story reflects the coming event which is the rapture of the church, S***m and Gomorrah being the world and Lot and his family represents the righteous ones chosen by God. The Lord will keep the righteous safe. He is merciful and good to those who obey and glorify Him but is bitter in anger to those who hate Him and continues to do immorality!!
Lot's wife signifies those people who love the world and are attached by it as if they are of the world which should be out of the world. People like this will suffer the price in hell like Lot's wife when he turned his head to look back.
Don't love the world!! As if you want to be in this world when the wrath of God will be poured out, as if you want to be with artists or worldly songs got you in chains, or even get addicted to the things of this world!! Forsake the world and carry your cross.
The best is not in this world but in God alone! Don't look back, look unto the Lord, and to the joy that is overflowing, to the unmatchless reward, that is too much to see in heaven, nothing compare to this world, that is coming to its end any time soon.

In Deuteronomy 7:9-10
We see that the Lord should be called Our God, Your God, My God.
To call Him "My God" is too personal than saying God alone.

My Father, my Savior is a term we hear only to a person who Has a relationship with the Lord, you cannot use it unless you know who He is in your life.

Many people love to receive instant things, are you one of them?

There is a famous phrase called a "season of waiting"
Mayda oras han paghulat haaton nga tanan, ha ano man nga butang o panhitabo kundi aton ini ginaaro ha Ginoo pinaagi hin pagampo.

Truly there is time for every activity to be done.(Ecclesiastes 3:1)
Some can wait patiently, others wait for a while, but the others cant wait even for just a second.
That's why they sin because their desire was not placed in God's hands but in their own hands. They obtain it not in the right time and not by the perfect will of God.

Salvation are for those who wait upon the Lord!
God promises that our desires has specific time to be received,

Humble are those who asks guidance from the Lord,
those who draw strength from the Lord and not from themselves!

The Spirit of God leads them and teaches them His ways. The word of the Lord tells us that His ways are perfect, loving and faithful, and our ways are the opposite.
