“O Lord, make me know my end and what is the measure of my days; let me know how fleeting I am!” - 𝗣𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗺 𝟯𝟵:𝟰 𝗘𝗦𝗩

In life, there are many things we want and long for. 𝘞𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 𝘸𝘦 𝘥𝘰𝘯’𝘵 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦, 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘮𝘴, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘩 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘨𝘰𝘢𝘭𝘴. There is nothing wrong with these things unless we make them our world and allow our entire lives to revolve around them.

It is true that life is short, and we should enjoy the life we have while we are still here. But not everything is beneficial, and not everything we desire is wise or good for us.

We can enjoy life, but we must remember that we have limitations. Not everything we want is necessarily what we need.

The Word of the Lord reminds us: 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙜𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙞𝙨 𝙞𝙩 𝙞𝙛 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙜𝙖𝙞𝙣 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙡𝙙 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙡𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙨𝙤𝙪𝙡? What is the point of having everything if, in the end, your soul is in danger?

The beauty of life and the joy of living are not measured by how many years we have, but by how we spend the time we are given, especially when we choose to live for the Lord.

As long as we are living, let us live the life given to us by the One who gave us life.

𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗘 𝗜𝗦 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗥𝗧, 𝗦𝗢 𝗟𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗜𝗧 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗟𝗢𝗥𝗗.🤍

Have you ever been in a season where you pray, worship, and read your Bible, but somehow, you just can’t feel or hear God?

Maybe you’ve been asking,
“𝘓𝘰𝘳𝘥, 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘠𝘰𝘶?”
“𝘞𝘩𝘺 𝘥𝘰 𝘐 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 𝘴𝘰 𝘧𝘢𝘳 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘠𝘰𝘶?”
“𝘞𝘩𝘺 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘴𝘦𝘦𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 𝘴𝘰 𝘥𝘪𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘶𝘭𝘵 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘯𝘰𝘸?”

But what if, in that season, God is simply inviting you to 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗛𝗶𝗺 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗿?

One Saturday, the Verse of the Day was:
“You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart.” - Jeremiah 29:13

The next day, the same verse was mentioned during the Sunday service. Then, the following day, it appeared again in a Bible reading plan. It was mentioned again during Midweek Service. And even after all that time, the verse appeared once more.

Maybe it sounds like a coincidence.

But sometimes, God has a way of repeating a message until our hearts finally recognize what He is saying.

Youth, if you are currently in a season where you don’t feel God as strongly as you used to, 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗶𝗺.

Keep opening your Bible.
Keep praying, even when you don’t know what to say.
Keep worshipping, even when you don’t feel anything.
Keep showing up, even when you feel distant.

𝘉𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘢𝘣𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘢 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘢𝘣𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘎𝘰𝘥.

And His promise remains:
“You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart.”
Jeremiah 29:13

Maybe God is not asking you to 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡 Him first.
Maybe He is asking you to 𝙨𝙚𝙚𝙠 Him first. 🤍

We are so hyped for what God is about to do this weekend! It’s going to be an amazing afternoon as we gather, vibe together, and put Jesus right back where He belongs: at the center of it all. You definitely don't want to miss out!

𝑊ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑖𝑓 𝑡ℎ𝑒 ℎ𝑒𝑎𝑟𝑡 𝑜𝑓 𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑠𝑒𝑟𝑣𝑖𝑐𝑒 𝑖𝑠 𝑚𝑖𝑠𝑠𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑂𝑛𝑒 𝑖𝑡’𝑠 𝑎𝑙𝑙 𝑓𝑜𝑟?

It is so easy to get caught up in serving and managing tasks, but this gathering is our reminder to pause and reset. Before He asks for our work, He simply wants our hearts.

"But the Lord answered her, “Martha, Martha, you are anxious and troubled about many things, but one thing is necessary. Mary has chosen the good portion, which will not be taken away from her.” - Luke 10:41-42 ESV
