The pericardium is a thin, double-layered sac that surrounds and protects the heart—keeping it in place and helping it beat smoothly.
As we welcome the Pericardium Relic of St. Carlo Acutis on its first visit to the Philippines, we are invited to reflect on the young Blessed whose own heart burned with deep love for the Eucharist and for God.
We invite everyone to join us in this grace-filled encounter: December 11 at the National Shrine and Parish of St. Padre Pio in the City of Sto. Tomas, and December 12 at the Immaculate Conception Parish in Bauan, Batangas.
May this sacred visit draw us closer to Christ and inspire us to follow the path of holiness lived so simply and joyfully by St. Carlo Acutis.
