📌PLEASE BE INFORMED of the following FEAST MASS and BAPTISM SCHEDULE for each respective barangay.
✨For your information, here are the necessary requirements for
BAPTISM:
📍REQUIREMENTS FOR BAPTISM:
1.PSA Birth Certificate (Original and Photocopy)(local registry copy will be considered upon registration)
2.Marriage Contract of Parents of the Child (if available/photocopy)
3.Confirmation(Kumpil) Certificate of Godparents (photocopy)
4.Seminar Card of Parents and Godparents (if available)
Note: If none, please attend seminar a day before baptism(kindly bring Php 50 for Seminar Card).
📌📌See attached schedule for the SEMINAR in your barangay.(Take note that the said schedule is applicable during FIESTA's BAPTISM ONLY).
5.*Baptismal Permit (if the candidate comes from another Parish)
