To our incoming Youth Director, Pastor Harold Rey Baslot, we warmly welcome you with joy and full support. The youth ministry is a precious and dynamic field—full of energy, dreams, and endless opportunities to build the church of today and tomorrow. We believe that God has called you for such a time as this, to mentor, to inspire, and to guide the next generation of Adventist youth in Western Mindanao.

We look forward to your leadership that uplifts our young people, strengthens their faith, nurtures their talents, and empowers them to become ambassadors of Christ in their homes, schools, churches, and communities. We pray that your ministry in the coming years will be marked by spiritual growth, unity, creativity, and a renewed passion for service.

In the heart of the Tambulig Suburb District, a new chapter in leadership and faith is being written. The district recently launched its first-ever Master Guide Progressive Class, a program designed to forge the next generation of community leaders.

Among the participants are the Torchbearers, a youth club whose name is a direct testament to their purpose. Drawing inspiration from Isaiah 60:1, which calls for them to "Arise, shine, for your light has come," these young men and women are taking on the challenge of becoming guiding lights in their own right.

The class is more than just a course; it's a journey. It's a journey of self-discovery, spiritual growth, and skill-building. The district's leaders are not just teaching lessons but are passing on a legacy of service and dedication. Through this program, they are empowering the Torchbearers to illuminate a path for others to follow, ensuring that the spirit of leadership and faith continues to burn brightly for years to come.
