But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth.

Inspiration
Envy and bitterness are negative feelings that become heavy burdens on our hearts. Envy of someone else’s knowledge, happiness or material possessions will make us sour, and has the potential to control our lives. We only want God to have complete control over our lives. We desire to walk in the truth and to follow Christ with no contention or envy in our hearts.

Prayer
Father, forgive us for becoming envious of others. We want to walk in the truth and follow You with no bitterness in our hearts. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

In the quiet corners of the church, pastors' wives stand tall,
Their hidden struggles and heartfelt prayers, known by Him above all.
Their sacrifices are great, yet they don't seek praise or fame,
Their love, a guiding light for all, in the Lord's holy name.

Through restless nights and weary days, they work with grace and cheer,
Their care for the congregation, unwavering and clear.
With gentle touch and caring hearts, they heal the wounded souls,
Their love for the church and brethren, their eternal goal.

In moments of joy, they celebrate; in grief, they bring solace,
Their faith in God, an anchor strong, as they embrace their purpose.
Through trials and hardships, they stand firm, their faith ever true,
For pastors' wives are pillars of strength, steadfast and anew.
