Saint Bartholomew, also known as Nathaniel, was one of the twelve Apostles of Jesus Christ. He is remembered for his sincere faith, honesty, and dedication to spreading the Gospel. According to Christian tradition, he preached the message of Christ in different regions and remained faithful to his mission despite facing hardships. Saint Bartholomew is honored as a model of courage, loyalty, and unwavering devotion to Jesus, reminding Christians to live with truth, faith, and commitment to God.

𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫:
Saint Bartholomew, faithful Apostle and servant of Jesus Christ, pray for us. Help us to follow Christ with sincere hearts, courage, and unwavering faith. Teach us to remain truthful, humble, and devoted to God even in times of difficulty. May your example inspire us to share God’s love with others and to remain faithful to our Christian calling. Guide and protect us, and lead us always closer to Jesus. Amen.

Something exciting is brewing in the 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗱𝘂𝗹𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀 (𝗬𝗔𝗣) 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵!

Today, Young Adult Professionals headed by Rev. Fr. Emiel P. Mijares, our parish priest, gathered to talk about a mission close to our hearts: 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡.🙌✨

The agenda?
𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀!

We elected our new set of officers and started laying down plans and programs for our young people—including the much-awaited 𝘼𝙡𝙥𝙝𝙖 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙝 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨.

For those who haven’t heard about it yet, the Alpha Youth Series is more than just a series of gatherings. It is a safe space for everyone—especially the youth—to explore life and faith, build genuine friendships, create meaningful connections, and ultimately discover and deepen their relationship with God.

𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘺𝘦𝘴, 𝘠𝘈𝘗 𝘪𝘴 𝘤𝘰𝘰𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭.

So, to all young people out there—whether you’re already active in church, still figuring things out, or simply looking for a community where you belong…

YAP for Alpha Youth isn’t just planning an event. We’re building a community.

𝗔 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶-𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

Episode 3 - To serve at the altar is more than fulfilling a role—it is entering into a deeper relationship with God. Every gesture, every response, and every moment of service becomes an opportunity to draw closer to Him.

As altar servers, may we never forget that our service begins and ends with God. Behind every duty is a prayer; behind every responsibility is a relationship; and behind every act of service is a heart that seeks to know, love, and serve Him more deeply.

For true service is not simply doing something for God, but being with God while we serve.

𝘼 𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙗𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙛𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙨!

Today, four of our brothers and sisters received Jesus in the Eucharist for the first time during the Holy Mass, presided over by Rev. Fr. Emiel P. Mijares.

Together with their families and the rest of the parish community, we celebrate this beautiful milestone in their journey of faith. May this First Communion be the beginning of a deeper and more intimate relationship with Jesus, who gives Himself to us in the Eucharist as the Bread of Life and the source of our strength, love, and hope.

𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘌𝘶𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘑𝘦𝘴𝘶𝘴 𝘨𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘏𝘪𝘮𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧 𝘵𝘰 𝘶𝘴 𝘢𝘴 𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭 𝘧𝘰𝘰𝘥, 𝘴𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘸𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘺 𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘢𝘪𝘯 𝘤𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘏𝘪𝘮, 𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘸 𝘪𝘯 𝘧𝘢𝘪𝘵𝘩, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘏𝘪𝘮.

𝐒𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐎𝐎𝐋, 𝐆? | Young hearts and eager minds came this morning for the re-opening of Sunday School classes. This initiative is being driven by the Ministry on Catechesis enriching young hearts and minds to knowing Christ and his life on Earth, Catholic Doctrine, and Sacred Scriptures, and upon nurturing the moral and values on these children.

For those who are willing to register to participate in this event, you may approach any Catechists in our parish.

𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐘 𝐅𝐈𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐀 𝐇𝐃𝐀. 𝐀𝐋𝐕𝐀𝐑𝐄𝐙 | Immaculate Conception Parish congratulates the parishioners of Hda. Alvarez for their newly reconstructed San Roque chapel out of "the people's money".

On the feast of its patron saint, Saint Roch, Fr. Emiel blessed the newly renovated chapel where the community gathered in prayer and thanksgiving for all the abundance and blessings, the BEC has received.

May the intercession of Saint Roch bring our communities free from pests and sickness.
