Sometimes the best moments are unplanned. The San Roque Youth Volunteers took a spontaneous pilgrimage to the Simala Shrine, Birhen sa Lindogon, turning a simple visit into a meaningful journey of faith and reflection. Together, they prayed, shared stories, and strengthened the bonds that make their group more than just volunteersโ€”itโ€™s a ๐—ผ๐—ต๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฎ.

After the pilgrimage, they found time to relax at a nearby spring. Laughter echoed through the trees as they dipped their feet in the cool water, savoring a simple moment of peace after a busy and fulfilling day. It was the perfect balance of reflection, joy, and togetherness. A reminder that serving the community also means taking care of each other.

This day will surely stay in their hearts, a small but powerful memory of faith, friendship, and the joy of giving back.

The San Roque Youth Volunteers, together with the community, gathered in prayer and unity for the Living Rosary held last night. A beautiful culmination of the Month of the Holy Rosary. The glow of each candle reflected the peopleโ€™s deep devotion to Mama Mary, filling the chapel with light, peace, and love.

Last night, the San Roque community gathered together for a meaningful Living Rosary in honor of our Blessed Mother, Mama Mary. The event, led by the San Roque Youth Volunteers, was a beautiful moment of prayer, solidarity, and faith.

Each bead of the rosary represented the prayers and intentions of everyone present. As the candles lit up the community, the atmosphere was filled faith, hope and love.

Through this simple yet powerful activity, we were reminded of the importance of prayer and how our faith connects us as one family in Christ.

As daylight softly touched the sky over San Roque, the Youth gathered for the 5:30 AM Mass presided by Rev. Fr. Paulino Dacanay, OAR, marking the beginning of the Morning Procession of Mama Mary in celebration of the Culmination of the Month of the Holy Rosary.

Led by the Youth Volunteers of San Roque Chapel, they walked together in prayer, carrying with them their love and devotion for the Blessed Mother. Each step, each bead of the rosary, reflected the faith and unity that continue to strengthen our chapel community.

The procession was not only an act of devotion but also a living reminder of how Mama Mary gathers her children under her mantle of love. As we end this month of the Holy Rosary, may her example of faith and service inspire us to continue saying โ€œyesโ€ to God in our daily lives.
