GGCCTalisay Born-Again Christian Church History
Ptr. His wife, Phoebe Semillano, then followed him the next month with their children to join him in the ministry.

Jimmy Semillano, Sr., started the ministry, May of 2000 after leaving a copious life at Manila then proceeded to Talisay City, Negros Occidental. It started with home bible study with atleast 5 to 7 members. On that same year of September, the first Church Service was held at Semillano’s residence located at “Riles”, Brgy. Efigenio proper with affiliation from Jesus Christ the Author Ministry. Th

e church grew in number with atleast 12 members committed to construct a ‘nipa hut’ for a church building. Eventually the building was concreted year 2004. That was also the year where ICM or known “Care” assisted the church through their Medical, Livelihood and Feeding program that took the church to a higher number. Year 2006, with the help of Ptr. Allan Abrasado the church had its affiliation from God of Glory Christian Church till the present.
