RAY De Laray delegates showed up and gave it their all during the Team Building Activity, one of the most exciting highlights of Day 2 of 15th RAYNS.

Every challenge pushed delegates to trust one another, step up as leaders, and work as one team. More than testing their strength and skills, the activity reminded them that they grow stronger when they move together, support each other, and lead with heart.

Day 2 wasn’t just about the games, it was about becoming better leaders for the mission we share.

RAY DE LARAY steps into the 15th RAYNS as one united community carrying the love, faith, and prayers of the Our Lady of Consolation Parish family.

With the fire and joy of our Laray delegates, we walk as one this year, boldly proclaiming Christ in every place, moment, and heart under the loving guidance of Ina, Our Lady of Consolation.

Rooted in the Augustinian Recollect spirit and strengthened by the prayers of Our Lady of Consolation, we send forth our RAY De Laray delegates to the 15th RAYNS at the University of San Jose–Recoletos, Basak Campus.

With the theme “Proclaim Christ Wherever We Can,” this summit calls our young Recollects to step into the world with hearts set on God and hands ready for service. As sons and daughters of the Recoletos, they are sent to witness a faith that is thoughtful, daring, and alive, one that speaks loudly even in silence, and shines brightest in action.

They are sent not just to attend, but to embody who we are because the Recollect mission does not end at the altar, but rather, it begins the moment we are sent.

Our RAY De Laray delegates are more fueled than ever as they gear up for the biggest gathering yet. Alongside 26 Recoletos communities, our delegates from Our Lady of Consolation Parish-Recoletos are ready to live out this year’s theme: “Proclaim Christ Wherever We Are.”

𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

On October 22, from 8:00 PM to 10:30 PM, the Recollect Augustinian Youth De Laray committee heads and members for the upcoming National Recollect Augustinian Youth Summit convened to plan and strategize for the event. The meeting focused on organizing committee assignments, ensuring efficient communication, and securing a seamless flow of programs for all NRAYS delegates.

The team also developed mechanisms to encourage more youth to volunteer and actively engage in the preparations.

The planning session was attended by Kisha Alburo, Shiena Quimada, Rugel Sumalinog, Anntoneth Villa, Christine Salabsab, Nichole Cabamo, Lanie Navarra, Mary Ann Lapuz, and Rhancel Labuga.

The National Recollect Augustinian Youth Summit is set to take place in January 2026.
