In 2022 and 2024, I had the privilege of participating in FSY. It was an incredibly impactful experience that shaped me spiritually and strengthened my desire to serve God.
FSY was a major step in my preparation journey. It reminded me that Heavenly Father sees me as His beloved daughter, that I am not alone, and that I can do all things through Him.
FSY taught me humility, patience, diligence, and obedience in fulfilling my responsibilities as a leader, a participant, and as a Young Woman striving to follow the example of Jesus Christ.
And the experiences, lessons, knowledge, joy, peace, and comfort I received warmed my heart.
They helped me become more spiritually minded and focused on God’s work.
Way back then, I have always been inspired by missionaries who serve and sacrifice. They do their best each day to find souls to share the word and love of God.
I admire how they learn to communicate and build trust with all the people they teach as they preach the gospel of Jesus Christ.
That is what started my desire and dream to become a missionary.
The scriptures have also reminded me of my purpose, especially The Book of Mormon: Another Testament of Jesus Christ, along with the teachings of prophets, apostles, and Church leaders.
Through them, I have come to understand Heavenly Father’s plan for me, for my family, my loved ones, and for all of His children.
And this year, I am so grateful because I know this is my greatest desire and dream, one that I have always prayed for.
And this Year in the Month Of September I received my Calling as a sister Missionary and I am Assigned in Antipolo Phillipines and i will be serving on January 15, 2027.
Ug malipayon ko nga ma assign pod didto-a, tungod kabalo ko ug nasayod ko nga Kani ang g prepare ni Langitnong Amahan nga Lugar Para sa akoa nga makapagtabang ko sa mga Souls didto-a makabati ug kalipay, paghigugma ug nindot nga balita gikan sa Fullness Gospel ni Jesus Christ ug to a have chance to come back in the presence of The Lord in the Next life.
