7 Signs Your Spirit Is Becoming Weak Without You Realizing It (Take Note of No. 2 & 6)

Physical weakness is easy to notice. Spiritual weakness can be much more subtle.

You may still attend church, smile, serve, and function normally while your inner life is slowly becoming weaker.

1. Prayer Becomes Your Last Resort

You only pray when you've exhausted every other option.

«“Pray without ceasing.” — 1 Thessalonians 5:17»

2. You Lose Your Hunger for God's Word

The Bible is always available, but you keep finding reasons not to open it.

Take Note of No. 2: What you consistently feed your mind and spirit will influence the direction of your life.

«“Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.” — Luke 4:4»

3. Temptation Becomes Harder to Resist

Things you once rejected begin to look increasingly attractive.

«“Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation...” — Matthew 26:41»

4. You Become Easily Offended

Small things begin producing large emotional reactions.

«“Great peace have they which love thy law: and nothing shall offend them.” — Psalm 119:165»

5. You Stop Examining Your Heart

You become more interested in identifying everyone else's problems than examining your own.

«“Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith...” — 2 Corinthians 13:5»

6. You Become Comfortable With Spiritual Mediocrity

You stop pursuing growth and begin saying, “At least I'm better than many people.”

Take Note of No. 6: Comparing yourself with someone who is struggling doesn't make you spiritually healthy.

«“But let every man prove his own work...” — Galatians 6:4»

7. You Stop Caring About Spiritual Growth

You no longer feel concerned that your relationship with God has become distant.

«“As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby.” — 1 Peter 2:2»

Final Truth

Your spiritual life needs nourishment just as your body does.

Prayer.
Scripture.
Worship.
Obedience.
Fellowship.
Faith.

Don't wait until you are spiritually empty before you start feeding your soul again.
S.wigglesworth.
Prayer

Father, strengthen my inner life. Restore my hunger for Your Word and my desire to pray. Help me recognize spiritual weakness before it becomes spiritual distance. Give me grace to remain watchful, obedient, and hungry for You every day. In Jesus' mighty name, Amen.

Stewardship by Da Rev
If then we were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above. where Christ is sitting at the right hand of God. Set your mind on things above, not on the things of this world. Colossians 3:1&2.
God saved us to be his witness to a lost and dying world. Nothing more. And we should ask ourselves What are we doing with what God has given us.
1. Our time? Do we use our time to satisfy our own wants and desires. or are we seeking the things which are above. Are we using our time to be a witness to a lost and dying world. " WELL REV I DONT HAVE ANY TIME.." Can't you drop a tract somewhere in Wal-Mart? Can you give a kind word to a cashier that's having a rough day? LITTLE THINGS CREATE BIG THINGS.
2. Our money? What are we using our money on? If I could have the money back that I have foolishly spent because I had to have the next best thing. Better guitars, better cars, that big flat screen TV when I had a great TV with a beautiful picture. But it wasn't the next big thing. The newest phone on the market.
What if I had invested that money, it to the kingdom of God. But I've seen the light! AMEN? I've always wanted to say that. Thank ya Jesus
3. Our families. I think most of mine think I'm a fanatic but that's ok my only job on this earth is to make sure when the trumpet blows, we go together. What's yours?
Well think about these things for now. more coming later.
Lord teach us to be good stewards of the things you have given us Our time, our talents, our money. And help us to be content with what we have. Lord come quickly. In Jesus name. Da Rev

My friend;
You are a winner through Jesus because of His victory over sin and death.
Romans 8:37 states, "In all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us," emphasizing that believers are empowered by faith in Jesus Christ.
1 John 5:4 declares, "For everyone who has been born of God overcomes the world," highlighting that faith in Jesus is the key to overcoming life's challenges.
2 Corinthians 4:17 reassures, "But thanks be to God, who always leads us as captives in Christ's triumphal procession," reminding us of the spiritual warfare we face but ultimately won through Christ.
Ephesians 2:8-9 teaches that salvation is by grace through faith in Christ, which provides believers with the strength to overcome trials and tribulations.
In summary, through faith in Jesus, believers are assured of victory over life's struggles and empowered to live a victorious life.
You are wonderfully made by God. He has given you strength to overcome everything this world may throw
against you, You are special in his sight, He looks at you wth love and compasion, as his own dear child.
Do not be afraid for he is with you. He will never leave you, or regret loving you. Even if you stumble and do the
wrong thing he will still love you. He will wait on you to come back to him. His arms wide open. Pastor Bob. Da Rev

The Crown of Rejoicing. 1st Thessalonians 2:19-20
Da Rev
In verse 19 Paul is speaking about the Thessalonians being his Crown of Rejoicing.
He led them to Jesus and established the church there. Paul felt like a father after the birth of his child I imagine.
The Crown of Rejoicing is the soul winner's crown. The greatest privilege we have is to bring others to that personal saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
Paul assured the Thessalonians they were his Hope, his joy, and his Crown of Rejoicing then and when Jesus returns.
We are Born again to spread the gospel of Christ Mathew 28:19-20, but why should we win souls for Christ? Other than the obvious of giving them new life in Christ here are 4 reasons. I will give you the scripture reverence and you can read along as we go.
1.It is a wise thing to win souls to Christ. Proverbs 11: 30 Some people have so much head knowledge about the bible but have yet to bring one soul to Christ. God's word must come from heart knowledge to be affective.
1st Corinthian 9:16 Woe to me if I do not preach the Gospel.
2. It's a work against sin to win souls to Christ. James 5:20 you are bringing a soul out of sin and death. Yes, that blessed redemption through Jesus Christ.
3. It causes joy in Heaven to win a soul to Christ. There is rejoicing in Heaven.
before the angels over one sinner who repents.
4. Every soul winner will shine as stars in heaven. Daniel 12:3 those who turn many to righteousness like the stars forever and ever.
HOW TO WIN SOULS TO CHRIST?
1. Let your life be a witness so that others can see Christ through you.
2nd CORINTHIANS 3:2, Galatians 2:20 powerful verse. I look at other pages and see so much fighting and devouring Christian against Christian. What does that teach the world about Christianity? Sometimes I want to cry when I see.
how some twist the scriptures to justify their own wants and desires.
Let's be a light, a beacon on a hill so people can see Christ in us.
2. Trust the Holy Spirit to give power to the word. Acts 1:8 after the Holy Spirit came on them the very first time, they spoke and 3000 came to Jesus then 5000 more because their words were full of the power of the Holy Spirit.
As you witness let the Holy Spirit do the work. You are just the vehicle anyway.
3. Witness in your giving in tithes and offerings. (SOME WILL STOP READING NOW)
Be a good steward with what God has given you, so that other are able to preach the gospel, missionaries, church planters. Doing so will add rewards) to your account.
2nd Corinthians 9:6, Philippians 4:15-17
4. God has promised that your labor is not in vain 1st Corinthians 15:56-57 The soul winner
will not rejoice alone, all of heaven will rejoice with him when he receives the Crown of Rejoicing. John 4:36 Imagine that all of us and heaven too are rejoicing together.
5. 2nd Timothy 4:5-8 Endure afflictions. Paul new at this point his life was about to end.
He said I have fought the good fight. I have finished the race. I have kept the faith. (Oh, how I long to say that I have kept the faith) Finally there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness
which the Lord the righteous judge will give me on that day, and not just me only, but also those who have loved his appearing.
YOU, ME, AND EVERYONE WHO HAS KEPT THE FAITH, AND WON THE RACE.
Well, there you have it now go out there and win a soul to Christ.
Thank ya Jesus. Da Rev.

Repentance and Prayer, Pastor Bob (Da Rev)
There is a cry rising from heaven and it
is not a cry of judgment alone. It is a
cry for intercession, for repentance,
for brokenness. God is not simply
looking for spectators in this hour. He
is searching for those who will stand in
the gap. Those who will weep between the
porch and the altar. Those who will fall
on their faces and plead for mercy not
only for themselves but for their
cities, their churches, their nations.
We need a church
that doesn't just preach about prayer,
but continuously cries out in it in it. We need altars that
are soaked again with the tears of the
saints.
The road to revival is
paved with repentance. Real repentance.
Not the kind that says I'm sorry, but
the kind that says I surrender.
Repentance is not weakness. It is
warfare. It is how we tear down the
enemy's legal rights.
Turn to Jesus today. be a warrior in this spiritual battle
Stand firm in the word. Revival only comes through prayer, repentance, and yielding to Jesus. Thank ya Jesus. Da Rev

Blind Bartimaeus:
1 His Condition—Blind and Begging; Mark 10:46
