Preach the Word, part2 by Pastor Bob (Da Rev)
2 Timothy 3 I'm just going to pick certain verses from this chapter just to bring out the characteristics of what people in the last days will be like. I also want you to understand this chapter is speaking to people who many claim to be Christians.
VRS 1 Now know this, That in the last days perilous times will come Men will be lovers of themselves. OK now lets see what we have ? If you see yourself at any point here stop and repent. If I pause for awhile I'll be doing the samething.
Lovers of money. um Is money wrong? no.. But are you striving to get more and more and spending it as fast as you get it? Would you tell a little white lie to get it?
Boosters, proud, disobedient, blasphemers. Lets look at the last one there. Does it say something in the Bible that you say isnt true. People are doing that everyday. I have heard some professing Christians say; The Bible is not the word of God. or The Bible isnt true. Or this one is a good one; Jesus isnt the only way to Heaven.
Traitors, headstrong, Lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God.Why do Christians sit in bars drinking? why do they go dirt biking on Sunday instead of going to Gods house?I used to enjoy racing dirt bikes, but it was always On Sunday. That ole devil is pretty smart. Why are Christians in debt up to their Eye balls? Why are Christians committing adultry? Lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God.
VRS 5 having a form of Godliness but denying the power there of. From such people turn away.. Having a form of Godliness but no real life changing experience with God. Its all me me me . I'll be a christian as long as it takes no commitment from me. 2 John 1:9 says Whoever transgress's and does not abide in the sound droctrine of Christ does not have God. God has us here for one reason to share the Gospel. To be a witness for him.
Preachers all over America say your a Christian now do what you want. God has called us to be a witness. To show the world a better way , a change that can only come through Jesus Christ. He hasnt called us to jump in the pig pen with the world. He says Come out from among them. Some say if you do sin you dont even need to ask forgivness. But over and over again the Bible says we must repent of our sins, turn from our sins, Go and sin no more lest something worse befalls you. Galatians 5 :1 Say we have Liberty by which Christ has made us free. But do not use that liberty to sin and be entangled again in bo***ge
Repenting is not the asking of forgivness its the turning from the sin. Putting away the sin that so easily besets us the Bible says. but in these end times our hearts have become so hardened because of our own selfish desires that some are departing from the faith giving heed to decieving spirits , and doctrines of demons.1 Timothy 4:1.
2 Timothy 4:3 tells us, For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to there own desires because they have itching ears and will heap up for themselves teachers, and they will turn from the truth and believe fables. And brothers and sisters this is the time we are living in.

PREACH THE WORD. PART 3
Da REV
Someone I met told me we're all preachers. Now this man was a person of no moral character. He was married but he was always talking about the girls he would see,and what he would do if he had the chance. Yet he claimed to be a christian. After he said to me We are all preachers, I looked at him and said, Yes we are but friend what are we preaching? Are we preaching Jesus and the Gospel that changes lives or are we preaching the world and its lusts and pleasures.
For those who have made it this far in this study we're going to get connected to some power. Some of us are like our cell phones we start out with a full charge and by the end of the day we've been drained so much the battery is going going gone so we have to connect to the power sourse . The Galatians were all charged up at first but they werent staying connected.What happened? They started listening to people who were even less connected. Gal 1:6 I am amazed that you are so quickly turning away from Him who called you by the grace of Christ ,and are turning to a different gospel. Men had slipped in after Paul had left Galatia, and were trying to twist the Gospel. So Paul had to write to them and straighten the mess out.
Through out the years men have been popping up wanting to change the gospel by taking a truth and twisting it enough to make it laughable yet they tell us what we want to hear. 2 timothy 4:3 tells us, For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to there own desires because they have itching ears and will heap up for themselves teachers, and they will turn from the truth and believe fables.
The biggest lie the devil preaches that pulls the cord right out of the wall is this," You don't have to go to church. You are the church." Truth mixed with the lie. We are the church, we are the bride of Christ. But its the whole body that is the church. The whole body that is the bride. It takes every member to be a complete body. If you lose a finger are you complete? If you lose a leg are you a complete body? No. If you stay out of church the body is not complete. You start thinking thoughts like this. Id rather be riding on Sunday thinking about church than sitting in church thinking about riding. I read this some where and man is it wrong on so many levels. When we stop going to church we become lop sided in our spirituality. We tend to start thinking ala carte not wanting the whole meal. Just picking and chosing. Heres acouple of common sense Questions I like to ask . If God did not want you in church why did he let the apostles give their lives to establish it? Why did Paul build churches and fight so hard to keep the devil out and Jesus in? And why does the devil fight so hard to keep us away from it. I'm sure we could come up with tons of excuses not to go.
I was guilty myself. I thought well I'm taking class'es everyday learning about the Bible, God, Jesus,and the Holy spirit everyday, so since I didnt have a home church at that time I stayed home. I was a useless body part. I needed the church to be connected, to be useful, to be a part of and they needed me. They need you! Plenty of time on Saturday to ride,and if it's a weekend ride hey first church you pass roll up and worship with your brothers and sisters. The road will still be there. Ok I kinda started a different message there didnt I? So lets move along.
AND GOD MADE SOME PREACHERS.
As I mentioned earlier we are all preachers to one degree or another. Some men are called to Pastor a church, some are evanglist. But we all preach. Just by living we preach something, so what are we preaching? Gal.1:10 says Am I now trying to win the favor of people, or God?
Preach the word. Not how you feel or what you think. Preach the word in your walk,in your talk.in everything you think, do and say. Time is short. We should not be worried about what the world thinks of us.We do not belong to this world we are just passing through. Our homes are in Heaven. Which is more important to win a man for Jesus and see his life changed and a new soul in the kingdom or not offend someone? Well I dont want to offend people.. PREACH THE WORD. Well its not my place ,and they wont listen anyway. PREACH THE WORD! Well they won’t like me. PREACH THE WORD! THEIR HOUSE IS ON FIRE AND THEY'RE ASLEEP. WAKE THEM UP. WARN THEM. SAVE THEM . Preach the word. Christ and him crucified.
You don’t have to be the greatest speaker, or have a doctorate in Theology. Speak the word. live the word. But Rev. I really don’t know enough yet? Well you know where you were and where you are now. so with just that knowledge you should be able to let your light shine. You used to sin now you don’t want to live like the anymore. There's your testimony right there. God will continue to make changes in your life as long as you will let him. Preach that.
I’ve said a lot about sin in these 3 lessons, and preaching against sin is a powerful thing, but the word also teaches growth. When a person gives themselves to Christ they become babies needing the milk of the word. They cannot fend for themselves, so we need to preach growth to them and realize that 1st they crawl or in some cases like my nephew they just scoot along. Then they struggle to get on their feet so they can walk, and they will fall, and maybe they will fall a lot. But they are not apostate just babes. After the baby stage we have toddlers, then young children And we preach differently to them we’re going to change the food from baby food to a more regular diet. But still not that tough steak. Then adolescents hit and its usually around here that children begin to know everything. Self-righteousness can and most likely will set in here And there we preach the love and grace of forgiveness. I wanted to add this part because We truly are in the time of the apostate church however not everyone who stumbles is apostate just simply growing.
2 timothy 4:3 tells us, For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires because they have itching ears and will heap up for themselves teachers, and they will turn from the truth and believe fables. In part 2 we saw what an apostate was according to the word I felt a need to clarify that somewhat.
So let us stand strong in these last days and preach the word. Not what we think it says but get in there and dig to find out what it says. Paul told us, Study to show yourself approved. Thank ya Jesus.
Lord in these last days we see your children falling for every wind of doctrine that comes their way. Father in the name of Jesus lift up your sons and daughters to preach the truth. Your word says Having done all to stand, Stand. Renew us Lord. Renew our hearts and our minds. Give us a new hunger for your word. and the strength to stand boldly and preach the word. In Jesus name Amen

Father, I stand against this demonic work in Jesus' name,
lying devil, I say NOT OUR CHILDREN YOU CAN'T HAVE THEM! IN JESUS NAME.
Parents lay hand on your children every morning and bind the works of the devil that would come against our children. Its worldwide. The devil wants to destroy the children. Let us stand in the gap for them. Let us stand in faith against this.
Pray for the victims' families. Pray for those who were injured. Pastor Bob. Pray for the children

STRESS! By Da Rev.
Stress we all get stressed at one time or another, and it might not be as easy for some to deal with as others. I think 1 of the reasons for that is because when we feel stressed the 1st thing we do is go to the flesh and try to deal with it in our own strength, which we cannot do, and it becomes worse some even get to the point of emotional anguish. Beside all the negative health issues it can cause it takes a heavy toll on our personal life. We are easily irritated; we become short with people especially those we love maybe we think they will understand or at least will be more patient with us. But we can be hurtful when we are stressed.
The ole Rev knows these things because I get alot of stress and sometimes it is overwhelming. But there are ways we can handle it if we don't try to rely on our own strength.
1. Let's keep our minds set on Christ. Isaiah 26: 3 You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you. If we trust in Jesus and we keep our focus on him. He will keep us in perfect peace.
2: When we start feeling stressed go to Jesus. Psalms 73:26
My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. Again, Gods strength not our strength. When we feel the stress starting that is the time to go to God not after it has drug us into a pit of despair.
3: Do your best not to let things get to you. Mathew 6: 34
Therefore, do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious about itself for tomorrow will take care of itself. Anxious, worried, concerned, burden by the thought of what is going on in our lives. Relax see if you can figure out where God is leading you. I'm sure it will be better than you imagine.
4: Remember who your source is, it is God. Not you. Philippians 4: 19-20 For my God will supply all of your needs according to his riches and glory in Christ Jesus. God supplies our needs. God supplies our needs. God supplies our needs. Thank ya Jesus. God is our source of finances, our source of peace, our source of joy, so let's rely on him.
Yes, friends stress comes but we don't have to suffer or deal with it if we give it to God. As I said the ole Rev gets stressed just like everyone else and it makes me impatient, but I've learned that greater is He that is in me! Greater is He that is in me! Greater is He that is in me! Then that lying devil that is in the world.
To our God and Father be glory forever and ever.
Father Thank you that through you comes peace and joy not confusion and doubt. In Jesus name Amen. Thank ya Jesus Da Rev

I get lots of post likes and people following, but sometimes I wonder if my posts are really helping. then I received this.
This came as a response to something I had posted. It blessed my heart. Da Rev
Thank you for this post. It has kept us calm last night amidst the difficult situation. We are travelling home (2hour drive from City to our farm) about 8pm. Our car's engine stop working all of a sudden while being on the road. We have 3 Young children in the background all tired & winging, hubby was also tired & frustrated. He was questioning why my God is so hard on us. I showed him this post, and it brought peace in our situation. We asked for help and it was readily available, our car cooperated, we didn't get into an accident or got stranded in middle of nowhere. I praise the Lord Jesus Christ for He has not forsaken me.
