From April 1โ€“3, 2026, we gathered together at Brgy. Kiagot, Digos City, Davao del Norte for a time of fellowship, strengthening, and spiritual growth! With the theme โ€œ๐‹๐ž๐ ๐š๐œ๐ฒ ๐๐ฎ๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ž๐ซโ€ based on ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐›๐ฌ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ‘:๐Ÿ๐Ÿ, we were reminded of the importance of leaving a godly inheritance for the generations to come.

Aside from the powerful messages and meaningful sessions, our camp was filled with excitement and energy! We were thrilled to see our church members actively joining the ๐›๐š๐ฌ๐ค๐ž๐ญ๐›๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ ๐š๐ฆ๐ž๐ฌ, showcasing not just their skills, but also the spirit of unity, sportsmanship, and brotherhood. It was amazing to see everyone playing with heart and representing our church with pride! ๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ”ฅ

All glory and honor to the Lord God in the highest. Tonight, we focused on what it means to be a PRAYING YOUTH โ€“ and what an incredible time we had praising our God, diving into His Word, and building bonds with our youth ministry family!

HERE'S WHAT WE LEARNED ABOUT BECOMING A PRAYING YOUTH:

PRAYER BRINGS YOU CLOSE TO GOD (James 4:8)
Life gets messy โ€“ with friend drama, pressure to fit in, or mistakes we make. But when we pray, read His Word, and come clean about our wrongs, we draw near to Him. He cleans us up, calms our chaos, and shows us what truly matters.

PRAYER IS FOR EVERY DAY โ€“ NOT JUST SUNDAYS (James 5:16)
You make time for gaming, hanging out, and scrolling your feed โ€“ make time for God too! Prayer isnโ€™t just reciting words or only talking to Him when youโ€™re stuck. Itโ€™s having a real conversation with your best Friend โ€“ share your wins, your worries, and everything in between. And donโ€™t do it alone โ€“ find a friend in the youth group to pray with and be real about life together.

PRAYER HELPS YOU LIVE BY FAITH (2 Corinthians 5:7)
Social media makes everything look perfect, and itโ€™s easy to feel behind or stuck. But when you pray and trust God, you donโ€™t have to let what you see around you define your life. He sees the whole plan โ€“ and itโ€™s better than anything you could dream up. Pray through the hard times, and keep your eyes on what lasts forever!

God is calling YOU to be a praying youth โ€“ someone who talks to Him like a friend, makes Him a priority, and trusts Him with every part of life. He hears you, He cares for you, and Heโ€™s ready to work powerfully through your prayers. Letโ€™s rise up and show this generation what happens when young people choose to pray!
