As KJV Bible-believing, fundamental Baptist, we take our stand on God’s word alone—not tradition, sentiment, or culture.

There is no command, no example, and no church ordinance in the King James Bible establishing a day called “Mother’s Day.” It is a human tradition, not a divine institution.

God already gave His command for every day:
📖 Exodus 20:12
“Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.”

📖 Ephesians 6:2
“Honour thy father and mother; (which is the first commandment with promise;)”

This honor is not seasonal—it is daily obedience before God.

And we are warned plainly:
📖 Mark 7:7–8
“Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.
For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men…”

📖 Colossians 2:8
“Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.”

We affirm this without compromise:
Honor mothers—YES, commanded by God
Mother’s Day as a church or spiritual observance—NOT found in Scripture and it is PAGAN in origin.

WE WILL ASK NO APOLOGY, WE WILL STAND WHERE THE KJV BIBLE STANDS - NO MORE, NO LESS!👊🏻💪🏻
