Soulwinning Wednesday ✨

Today, our church once again went around the neighborhood sharing the Gospel and spreading the love of Christ to our community. What a blessing it is to tell others about the hope and salvation found only in the Lord Jesus Christ.

This week, Pastor Jerry Gamones also visited the Barbaso family at Medical Mission Hospital while Ma’am Gift continues to recover from her postpartum CS delivery. During the visit, he took the opportunity to minister to other patients in the ward—encouraging fellow CS mothers, as well as those going through miscarriage and bleeding complications, with prayer, comfort, and the message of the Gospel.

Even in places of pain and recovery, God’s Word continues to bring peace, hope, and healing to hearts in need. Please continue to pray for everyone who heard the Gospel today.

We also warmly invite everyone to join us tonight for our Prayer Meeting at 5:30 PM as we gather together to seek the Lord in prayer and thanksgiving.

Last Sunday, Bro. Alvin reminded us of the importance of faithfully obeying God through Jeremiah 7:23.

✨ The Reasons Why We Must Faithfully Obey God ✨

1️⃣ Because of His Sovereignty
God is our Creator and King, worthy of our complete obedience.

2️⃣ Because He is Our Savior
The Lord lovingly saved us, and our obedience is a response of gratitude for His goodness and grace.

3️⃣ Because He Gives Us Wisdom About Separation from Unbelievers
God guides His people to walk wisely and live differently for His honor and glory.

“When the Church is disobedient, it is like worshiping without reverence.”

May we continue to walk faithfully, obey His Word wholeheartedly, and honor Him not only in worship, but also in our daily lives.

Last Sunday’s choir song, “Can He? Could He? Would He? Did He?” was a beautiful reminder of God’s unfailing power and love.

Can He carry our burdens?
Could He forgive our sins?
Would He truly care for someone like us?
The answer is found at the cross — Yes, He did. ❤️

Through every doubt and question, Christ has already proven His faithfulness through His sacrifice, grace, and daily goodness in our lives. Thank you to our choir for the heartfelt song that pointed our hearts back to the finished work of our Savior.

“To God be the glory, great things He hath done.” ✨

Last Sunday, our Elementary Class learned a wonderful lesson about Serving Others and how each one of us can use our God-given talents for the Lord. ❤️

As part of their activity, the kids created their own version of the Body of Christ, where they wrote and drew the talents and skills they can offer in serving God and others. It was a meaningful reminder that every member has an important role in God’s work. ✨

Thank you, Teacher Laurence, for faithfully handling the class and investing in our young people. We are grateful to see him being trained to take Bro. Reuben’s place as he prepares to leave for Zamboanga soon. Please continue to pray for both of them as they serve the Lord wherever He leads. 🙏

This Sunday, our children learned the inspiring Bible story of Rahab and the spies — a powerful reminder that faith and courage can make a difference! 🏠🧣✨

The kids enjoyed listening to the lesson, answering questions, and discovering how God used Rahab to help His people. To make the story even more memorable, they also created a fun and meaningful craft connected to the lesson! ❤️

Thank you, Teacher Michelle and Harvey, for your time, creativity, and dedication in teaching and guiding our children each week. May the Lord continue to bless your ministry! 🙏📖

What a sweet and unforgettable blessing! 💙👶

Last Sunday, our church family surprised Ma’am Gift with a heartfelt baby shower celebration for the arrival of baby Mordecai Bentley, who was born last Wednesday, May 13. We are truly thankful for the love shown through the newborn gifts, prayers, and the simple yet meaningful celebration prepared by the church.

Thank you to everyone who took part in making this occasion special for their family. Your kindness and generosity are greatly appreciated and are a beautiful reflection of Christian love and fellowship.

We praise the Lord for the safe delivery of baby Mordecai and continue to pray for good health, wisdom, and God’s blessings upon their growing family. 💕✨

🌸 Women’s Monthly Fellowship 🌸

Last Mother’s Day, our ladies gathered for a blessed and refreshing Women’s Monthly Fellowship filled with encouragement from God’s Word and sweet fellowship together. 💐

We were thankful to have Ma'am Lydia as our speaker as she shared a timely lesson on how we can continue to grow spiritually in the garden of our Christian life. Just as a garden needs care, watering, and attention, our hearts must also be nurtured daily through prayer, God’s Word, and faithful service to the Lord. 🌱📖

She also encouraged the ladies to take part in our “Garden of Eden Ministry,” helping care for and maintain our church garden landscape as a way of serving the Lord with willing hands and joyful hearts. 🌿🌼

Thankful for all the mothers and ladies who attended and made the fellowship meaningful and memorable. May we continue to bloom for God’s glory wherever He plants us! 💛

🎶 “May Gahum Gihapon Si Jesus” 🎶

What a blessing to hear our choir sing during our afternoon service today! Truly, no matter the situation, we are reminded that there is still power in the name of Jesus. 🙌

We are also excited to begin giving our gentlemen the opportunity to conduct the afternoon choir songs as part of their training in leadership and ministry. We thank Bro. Japeth for leading the choir this week and for being willing to serve the Lord in this area.

Praying that God will continue to raise faithful men who are ready to lead and serve in His work. 🙏

Last Sunday, we were blessed by Bro. Reuben’s message entitled “The Influence of a Godly Mother” from 2 Timothy 1:5. Through the examples of Lois and Eunice, we were reminded that a mother’s sincere faith, faithful teaching of God’s Word, and godly example can leave a lasting spiritual legacy for generations to come.

Using the acrostic M-O-T-H-E-R, we learned the beautiful qualities of a godly mother — merciful, obedient to God, teacher of truth, honoured, example of faith, and rejoicing. Truly, faithful mothers are among God’s greatest blessings to the home and church.

Last Sunday, we thank the Lord for a blessed Mother’s Day celebration as we recognized all the mothers who play such an important role in our church and families. 🌸

From caring for their homes to faithfully serving in different ministries, our mothers are truly a gift from God. Their prayers, sacrifices, love, and unwavering support continue to strengthen our church family in countless ways.

We are grateful for every mother, grandmother, and mother figure who continues to reflect Christ through their service and devotion.

Thank you for all that you do behind the scenes and beyond.
