*Celebrating 27 Years of Canonical Recognition! 🙏✨*

Today marks 27 years since our Congregation, *Ancillae Christi Regis – ACR Sisters*, was granted Canonical Recognition in the Diocese of Tagum through the Bishop Emeritus Wilfredo Manlapaz, D.D.

44 years since our foundation, and 27 years as part of the Church’s official life — we give thanks to God for His faithfulness and for everyone who has supported our journey.

Our deepest prayer is to see more vocations to religious life blossom in our community, through the intercession of our Founder, *Bp. Joseph William Regan, M.M., D.D.* May we continue to serve the Local Church with the spirituality and charism entrusted to us.

𝗜𝗻 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘀 | 𝟰𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀 (𝗔𝗖𝗥 𝗦𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀)

Joyfully celebrating 44 years of grace-filled mission, the Ancillae Christi Regis (ACR Sisters) continue to embody a life dedicated to Christ the King through prayer, service, and community life.

Founded by the late Most Rev. Joseph W. Regan, M.M, D.D, Bishop Emeritus of the Diocese of Tagum, the congregation stands as a living witness to faithful discipleship, serving the Church with humility, compassion, and steadfast commitment.

The Eucharistic Celebration was presided over by Most Rev. Medil S. Aseo, DD, and concelebrated by Rev. Fr. Emerson Delos Reyes, Vicar for Religious, and Rev. Fr. Allan Alindajao, Canon Lawyer of the Diocese of Tagum. It was a moment of thanksgiving for the sisters’ enduring vocation and mission.

As they mark this milestone, we honor the ACR Sisters for their quiet yet powerful witness, touching lives, building communities, and reflecting Christ’s love in their ministries.

The Church designated February 11, 2026, as the "World Day of the Sick" in honor of the feast day of Our Lady of Lourdes.

Every year, the sisters visit our sick VMPs, benefactors, friends, and family members. a productive visit and a lovely reminder that they are never forgotten in prayer, even in the midst of the illness they were dealing with and the challenges they will work to overcome.

A brief visit that in some way inspires and encourages one to turn to God in suffering and be able to offer God their current circumstances as an offering.

The Church stands in awe. The world holds its breath.

From the Archdiocese of Chicago, Cardinal Robert Prevost has been elected as the 267th Successor of Peter.
He now takes the name: POPE LEO XIV.

A man of prayer, a heart molded in service,
A sacrificial lamb, chosen to carry the weight of the keys.
With humility, he steps into the light—
Not to be served, but to serve.

Pope Leo XIV begins a new chapter in the life of the Church,
One of hope, courage, and fidelity to the Gospel.

Let us unite in prayer for our new Holy Father.
May the Spirit guide him, and may Christ strengthen him.
