Come and join us every Tuesday for our Discipleship Night as we grow together in faith, learn Godโs Word, and encourage one another in Christ.
Topic: DISCIPLESHIP BUILDING CONVICTION FOR THE VISION: week 1
1 Pedro 3:15
Synonyms for conviction in spiritual context include: strong belief, deep confidence, firm faith, personal certainty, wholehearted commitment, assurance.
Building conviction means developing a strong, deep confidence in God so that the vision of discipleship becomes personal and realโwhere His truth is no longer just understood, but truly lived in us.
It means:
Conviction in discipleship is when you donโt just believe in Godโs vision intellectually, but you truly trust it in your heart and live it out in real life.
Kapag si Cristo ay tunay na matatag sa puso natin, hindi tayo sumusunod nang basta-basta langโbuong puso tayong committed sa Kanya. At habang lalong tumitibay ang conviction natin, mas nagiging willing tayo na ibahagi ang pag-asa na meron kay Cristo at akayin din ang iba na sumunod sa Kanya.
Conviction is the foundational that carries the vision and gives direction and strength.
