LIVING OUT EASTER TODAY

In this season of Easter, we are reminded that the Risen Lord calls us not only to rejoice but to respond.

As Ligaya, in unity with the CBCP’s call, we are invited to stand in prayer, sacrifice, and charity during these challenging times.

The full pastoral letter from our OLC is attached in this post—let us take time to read and reflect on it prayerfully.

🙏 On April 11, 5:00 PM, let us gather online for a community-wide intercessory prayer for peace, lifting up the world to the Lord before the Opening of the Lord’s Day.

Let us not grow indifferent.
Let us live Easter today.

[UPHOLDING DIGNITY; LIGAYA COC STATEMENT ON THE CURRENT INVESTIGATIONS ON CORRUPTION IN GOVERNMENT]

The Council of Coordinators has issued a statement on the ongoing investigation efforts against corruption, standing behind proposals for an independent and credible investigation instead of the ongoing congressional efforts. The COC supports the proposals made by our brother, former DPWH Secretary Rogelio Singson, on this matter.
